anniefb thank you! I hadn't spotted those three dots....duh. When I thought I'd "select all" I seemed to be selecting all of Instagram, not just that page so I thought that perhaps I'd better not try that! I knew there was a way to do it but just couldn't work it out. Cheers x

Not sure if I read the article on the forum or somewhere else but stampin up is suing alba infringement of copyright. I'm sure other companies are going to follow them. I snapped up my favorites from another company right now while I can. Who knows if the lawsuit will make a difference anyway.

This is what I got today. The puzzle took me a little while to put together but it did it. I’m keeping this together. I finally got the slider die and dazzle die I’ve been waiting for. I bought the older set and most know they didn’t fit together properly

I found the SSS set I stumbled upon on AE up on eBay. For a few cents less, even. I also found several of the layering sets but the whole card versions are almost $9 each (I have also found some stamps from certain sellers at about half retail from Chinese sellers even though others are like $2 to their $7 to $9 but no lower options on the large dies, yet) however did manage to find a few of the smaller mandala sets and the butterfly one for $4.99. Since I picked up the sss set and a hero arts knock off as well as a couple ex library bools to read during the summer, I think I might wait a week or 2 on those. The shop that I added them from happens to also have several other things I want and I am not sure how to pick and choose nor willing to checkout with almost $40 in stuff from one shop right now. I tend to stick to small orders because I don't know how good their fulfillment is. Twice I have had 3 or 4 dies in an order and had it arrive with one missing (1 was marked as having one less shipped but I still had to email them...sc style...for my refund) and don't want to risk it. It is also why I don't like having more than a couple of outstanding orders...easier to not realize if something is missing.

nicolep, did you get the leather bag you ordered last month? I adored it, and wondered what the quality is like. 😊

Has anyone ever found the staples for the Tiny Attacher on AliExpress? I would love to buy those in bulk. I looked briefly one time because I know they're an odd size but didn't see them right off.

I don't do die-cutting, but have a question about what you guys are looking at / buying from this website-- does the fact that they're brand-name *clones* mean that they're knock-offs, or what? Do you have any reservations about the quality of the products you're buying from there? (I'm asking for future reference, lol!) They are direct from the makers or being bought by distributors from the manufacturers. They are not knock-offs. It's not like technology where a knock-off iPad might not be as good as the real deal. It's legit the same product you'd be buying in stores in the US. It's overstock or something. I think the ONLY reservations that I'd have is that most of these companies are small businesses, so from a moral standpoint, there is the argument to be made that this is someone else's intellectual property that is being sold third party and the company who designed it isn't being benefited. However, I don't feel guilt about that primarily because most of these things are fun to have, but not something I would ever buy at the asking prices of the companies making them...they are not missing out on my money because I wouldn't be buying it otherwise, basically. I would feel bad if I wanted these items, planned to purchase them at the higher price and then didn't because I found them direct from China for much less. ETA: I also think some of these are seconds as Moraie stated below this comment. I've noticed that some are identical, but some of the more intricate sets aren't identical, so they may be versions that were scrapped in the design process but somehow made it to the sample phase.

Good luck with that lawsuit, Stampin' Up. Alibaba and AliExpress are headquartered in China. I don't see this suit going far at all. This isn't their first lawsuit for copyright infringement and counterfeits. There are far, faaaar bigger markets than SB supplies dealing with counterfeit items from China. SU is hoping for a payout. Alibaba's the sixth biggest commerce in the world in terms of revenue and their stock is up 122% in just the last 2 years ( x). They're not going to give this small suit among many others a flyin' F. They have enough evidence of pouring money into fighting counterfeit items so they've got their basic moral and likely legal argument sorted.

Have any of you expert finders found, or can you help me find, any alphabet dies that are similar to the MFT Emmitt alpha set or the Sizzix Thinlets Brush capital? I'd appreciate your help, all the alphas are starting to look the same to me as I've looked at them way too long, lol.

Sorry, they are most definitely not the same thing. The dies from AE are much thinner and lighter. They are knock offs for sure. Now with that being said they "cut" exactly the same- so go figure.

Oh, I know that now. Before, I was mostly finding things from companies like American Crafts that are more than likely the real deal. The knock offs that have become so common on there are definitely not the real deal.

For some reason the birch press die knock-offs are taking longer than everything else I ordered! Plus I was trying to figure out if I had already owned a die and went to my orders, clicked on the photo of the die in question (that I did buy already) and the link no longer works. I guess they go out as fast as they come in.

Since there is a post here about the layered dies, I thought I'd post this in this thread. Here are some cut files for layered backgrounds. There probably are more but these are the first ones I stumbled upon. These are by Alaa'K and she has them labeled as "layered cutout background."

It's incredible how quickly stuff is appearing on AX. Last week I saw the LF Wheel die, put it in my cart and by the time I went back an hour later, it was sold out.

I have an Aliexpress question.
I placed a few small orders with them. I've received everything but one die. Anyway, I wasn't super impressed with what I received so probably won't go through the hassle of ordering from them again. One die had an evident flaw and on a layered die, one had a die left out. My guess was that they did not have enough room in the envelope to mail three pieces so they only mailed two pieces. Anyway, I chalked it up as a learning experience on my part.
My question is in the Order section where you manage orders. I have received several of the dies, but Aliexpress still shows "Awaiting Delivery." Should I be doing anything? Do I go ahead and click on the button that states, "Confirm Goods Received." Or do I just wait?

The tracking doesn't always update correctly, so if you've received stuff you need to click the confirm goods received button. If you're not happy with any orders, I'd contact the seller to see if they'll send a replacement or give a refund etc. AE also has a very good dispute resolution system if you don't get anywhere with the seller.
