Vertical in Cropper Hopper paper holders for 12x12 and kits and magazine holders for 8.5x11. I've been storing it that way for over 10 years and the patterned paper and cardstock isn't bowed at all.

I sort individual papers vertically in hanging folders. Paper pads are also vertical but they go in my Expedit. Scraps are sorted horizontally in paper trays. I might have too much paper. LOL. Haha I thought I had a lot of paper but watched a video today and she had over 600 yes 600 6x6 paper pads!!

I've stored all paper in the Cropper Hopper (now Storage Studios) Paper Holders & Pouches with Dividers since they hit the market over a decade ago.

over 600 yes 600 6x6 paper pads!! I'd love to see what this many looks like; I can't picture it! I didn't know they had been making 6x6 pads long enough to even have that many total different ones on the market!

Haha I thought I had a lot of paper but watched a video today and she had over 600 yes 600 6x6 paper pads!! Thankfully I've realized I do better with full sized sheets of 12x12 and haven't gone down the rabbit hole of 6x6 pads. I probably have less than 10.

She won't use those in her entire lifetime.

Not judging her I have a lot of stuff more then I'll ever need I'm sure but then there is the next level that some have and it's just sad really.

I think there is a huge difference between having a large stash and 600 paper pads. I just can't even imagine what else she had. I am one of those people though who needs a small stash because otherwise I would be too overwhelmed. I wouldn't even know where to begin. I like kits for this reason too. Because I like having an assortment of products chosen for me. Back in the heyday of scrapbooking one thing I liked about two peas was seeing the products used before I bought them. I went to Michael's the other day and I looked at all the paper pads and I just didn't see any that really blew me away. Not enough to drop $20 on.

I have most of mine stored in the Cropper Hopper (Storage Studios) storage system. I used post office mailer boxes with one end cut off inside a desk where the Cropper Hoppers won't fit. I also use the dividers and that helps keep the paper/cardstock from bowing. You could also use the chipboard type cardboard that backs 25 sheets of paper to help keep the paper from bowing.

Oh I didn't think you were judgy I love kits for that reason too. I don't like 99% of dcwv and the michaels paper pads but I see people on yt who literally buy every 12 x12 pad those stores carry.
