I'm so disappointed in you all....no one has mentioned foxes, squirrels, typewriters, deer, tigers, chandeliers, bicycles, giant pencils or banners with "best day ever"..... I'm all about tacos and giraffes, personally, with a few zebras with mustaches for good measure. JK. I like stars and hearts, maybe some flowers and arrows. Asterisks, for sure, but I could never make ampersands work. Very small dots.

I tend to use cameras, hearts, and flowers. Ephemera or sticker flowers, not Prima style flowers.
I also have trouble using arrows. I feel like I better be sure about what that arrow is pointing at. Maybe arrows are too bold for me. LOL

Hey, camcas , I have been known to use bicycles and cameras a fair number of times. Pencils have appeared as arrows on some school pages. Deer have appeared in good measure on my Christmas cards. And evergreen trees--either diecut, or stamped, or printed on the pp. And I have collected the cute little foxes and squirrels b/c I love them, but have not been able to work many onto my pages and cards. Not a lot of use for "Best Day Ever!"--I am a retired social studies teacher who very seldom gave a grade of 100% b/c I always thought there had to be a little room at the top. But my "Happy" word die gets a good workout, especially for cards, but also for many of my pages.

Stars and flowers are my go-tos. I'm starting to use hearts more often.

I'm so disappointed in you all....no one has mentioned foxes, squirrels, typewriters, deer, tigers, chandeliers, bicycles, giant pencils or banners with "best day ever"..... donuts, coffee cups, macaroons (sp?)....And I have never known what to do with those plus signs--math was not my favorite subject and I always thought they were a weird icon to use. But my LOVES I can't get enough of are stars and hearts! Eta: I have used a "best day ever" wood veneer on a wedding card bc its one of their best days ever....but yeah, every other day can't be a "best day ever". How about "what an awesome day" or "it was a great day" or something along those lines sb designers?

I use a ton of stars. I'd like to pick up more hashtags. I'm completely stumped with geotags. ![:yeahthat:](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/yrGoHMAelQz8f2Qt0sjb.jpg) I never know how use the geo tags either!!!

I use these a lot. Love cameras because they almost always fit (unless it's a no photo layout, which most aren't). I have three camera stamps, and pick up any sheet of paper that has cameras that I can fussy-cut and use as embellishments.

In my art journaling, I am obsessed with circles. In my my scrapping, lots of hearts and stars. I think it's because they look good together in multiples and odd groups follow the "rule of 3s" and so they help balance the composition of a LO for me.
