I'm not good at orchestrating things like this so anyone who wants to decide on a theme or topic, feel free to jump in and set it for us.
Perhaps we can all post our pictures on this thread as we finish

I'm not a colorist, but thought I'd bump this back to the front page for you

Sundays, especially Sunday nights, tend to be slow around here. Bump again in the AM and you'll get more of a response.

I am game - I could do a challenge but prefer just to post what we are working on this week

I'm pretty slow. Mine would probably be just partly done. But I'm still game.
Theme? How about nature? Is that too vague?

#notLauren - Over the weekend, I was working on a page and finished it up and then I remembered that we started this challenge. Here is my "nature" challenge (not exactly for that week but I told you I was slow - haha) Does anyone else have a page to share?

Here is another one I finished up last week. Also, nature themed (from the same book)

Here is another one I finished up last week. Also, nature themed (from the same book) WOW! That is gorgeous. As is your other one. I love to color as well, and have a huge stack of books, but I seem to do better collecting than actually coloring.

I bought some supplies to start coloring but admit that I haven't used them at all.

#notLauren - that is so pretty! I love your shading on the flowers. I color in Johanna Basford books a lot! This week I am coloring in a Debbie MacComber book. Any hints on making the picture smaller? Yes, if you click edit on your post The make sure you are on the preview tab Click on your photo You will see resize squares in the corner - click/hold on any of those and drag it inward and the photo will get smaller If you look at this thread, I explain re-sizing a little better (with some visuals)

OK, trying again to get this whole "uploading" thing down right. Beautiful work Disney Pal. I love Joanna Basford's books. Right now I'm on a Hanna Karlzon binge. I love her work and the coloring books are all hard-cover which makes them nice to color in and they look great around the house. (my coloring stuff tends to be all over. LOL). This grasshopper is from her book "Summer Nights"

Thanks DisneyPal. I love Joanna Basford too, especially her Ocean one. I especially like your seahorses.

#notLauren , I mean Lauren, the picture is very pretty. I still like the one you did at Christmas last year.

I just had a thought - what do y'all think about us having a monthly coloring thread? Kind of how we have the monthly craft thread?
Thoughts?

I'm all for it. How does it work? Do we post our work once a month?

#notLauren , I mean Lauren, the picture is very pretty. I still like the one you did at Christmas last year. Listen, I am not Lauren. Thank you for the compliment on the picture but as you can see, there are more than one person on this board that likes to color. I am one of them. Lauren was another.

I'm all for it. How does it work? Do we post our work once a month? One of us will start the thread at the beginning of the month (I don't mind doing that if you want me to) and throughout the month, we each just post our photos and/or discuss about what we are coloring. You can post them in progress or as you finish them, however you like. Save

You just happen to be a rabid poster/shit stirrer/Trump supporter on political threads who loves to colour and is Jewish. Add in the typical MO of shit stirring and then attempting an innocuous thread about colouring to try to deflect attention again. Using the name pretendingnottobelauren would have been subtler. You can't hide who you are, and I bet you're pissed that that it only took most people a handful of posts to see through the new ID. If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck...it's a fucking duck.
