i thought it was today's special but I guess not. Set with watercolor pens and pencils and resist papers. I haven't watched much yet but really like the spectrum noir pens so it is tempting. I do don't need anything but love the pads that come in the kit.

Ok it was the special. Lol. Trying to figure out from looking through the dvr. It made it look like something else was.

I've set my DVR. It's been one of those days where I haven't been able to catch only part of one show and it was just storage. Bah humbug.
I'm hoping to catch some shows tonight. I'd love to find something new for card making for Christmas cards.
I've been waiting for the gilding wax to come back in stock, and I did order that.
I believe they have another craft show in October sometime. I'm hoping they have more winter themed things then.

I think Anna Griffin is showing a Christmas card kit today as well as some "pieces and parts" for Christmas. I'll be back on tonight...

Usually I am ATG'd 😜to the TV when they are on, but like scrapper 100, I have spent too much lately & need not to be tempted. Also, I think their prices are creeping up. I checked a couple of things I use from them (xyron refills) & they weren't on sale. I did DVR & I will watch for technique. I appreciate that Anna Griffin & that cute Beth Kingston always try to give a few tips.

I set the DVR for the shows, but it seems like all of the same think gs each time they have a craft day. They are also really good at making everything look fantastic! I have tried the Spectrum Aqua markers, and the tips kept disintegrating when I used them. I thought maybe it was just mine, but another lady had the same thing happen with them. But, they sure made the whole Today's Special look awesome. Thankfully, in the few shows I watched, I did not buy anything.

I decided I have spent enough lately so not even going to watch the shows I DVRed. Me, too! I ended up deleting them without watching them. Between spending too much and my DVR getting full, I decided just to go ahead and delete them off. I do like watching the demos, but realistically know I will not have time.

I was sorely tempted by the Crafter's Companion card front dies ( Beautiful Baubles, Christmas Tree, and Christmas Village), but at $39.95 a set, I just couldn't justify the purchase. The Spectrum Noir alcohol marker package was really tempting, too! I see it's still on sale today. Can anyone here vouch for these markers? My temptation may be reawakened... LOL The Today's Special looked like a lot of fun. It was just a little too expensive and a little too much stuff to store. That kind of watercoloring is new to me, and I'm not sure enough that I would use it (I do watercolor with a little set of pan paints). AG's christmas card kit was also tempting, but juuuuust a tad too modern. I do modern cards on my own; I like her stuff for the rich, vintage look. There were some other AG things that I liked, but I already have them!

I bought one set of the aqua pens and some worked and others didn't. Those pads looked cool but in all honesty I don't need that many cards and I wouldn't hang the others. I haven't dumped the other shows yet but I know I will this weekend. I may ff through them but may just dump.
