I'm looking for a free cut file for the card in a box for the Cameo, does anyone have a link? I find lots for Cricut. Can I use Cricut files with the Cameo?

No, you cannot use Cricut files for the Cameo, unless you have an SVG version, and you'd have to have the designer version of the Silhouette software.
Silhouette Design Store has some box card/card in a box designs, but they are not free. It would be super easy to make the cutting file, though.
Just to be sure we are thinking of the same thing, though, can you post a photo or a link of what you want?

I bought one from the Design Store for $0.99. But TBH, I ended up buying the Lawn Fawn die and prefer it.

I can offer you mine. It is only the basic card shape, with cuts and score lines. It fits on 8.5 x 11 card - I used Bazzill Kraft when I made mine. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll send it over

If it is, I can email you a Cameo file of a basic box card, although Jane has also made the same offer. Is this the type of box card you had in mind? Basic box card using Graphic 45 By the Sea

I wanted a cut file for the Cameo because I know that if I made it by hand, my cuts would come out wonky.

scrapnnana you are so clever! Every time I think I'll design one of my own ideas, I see something similar in the store and think that it's worth $1 or whatever of my time and buy it ready done. I'm inspired by your work though and will remember that next time my finger hovers over the "purchase" button Not suggesting for one minute, by the way, that what you did was anything but highly skilled and beyond my beginner's ability level!!
