So in the past few months I have been dreaming up a storm. I sleep like a rock for about 6-7 hours nightly, maybe getting up once to go to the bathroom. I never have a problem falling asleep or staying asleep. But prior to a few months ago, I'd have dreams like I'm guessing a "normal" person would. A few bits and pieces here and there that I'd remember when I woke. Sometimes they were crazy or scary or really good (Scott Bakula kissed me once!!!), but mostly nothing I thought about.
I started a diet and cut out carbs. That's the only thing that changed.
Now I have lengthy - I mean super duper lengthy - hideously boring dreams. They are mundane, uninteresting and I remember them when I wake up, but eventually most of the dream filters out of my memory.
What's going on? I feel rested when I wake and I don't toss and turn. I feel like I'm living another life in my dreams and I do not like it at all. Besides the fact I'd like my other life to be more interesting, it just does not feel good at all.
Any thoughts?
