Who has the best recycling 'plan'? Staples? Office Depot?? I have about 10 here that need to be recycled.

I take mine to Staples. They usually give me a buck or two each time. I get a coupon for $$ off via email every couple months.

I have a ton of cartridges as well. I wonder if my school could use them?

The programs they have now for cartridge recycling are not like they used to be. About 8-10 years ago, there were companies that would give a nice return (in the form of a check) for the cartridges back to the school almost like a fundraiser. (fundingfactory, recycle4education)
Now the return is very little compared to what it used to be. We switched over to Staples and get a little bit back. They have rules that apply as far as when you need to use the credit by etc, you need to read the fine print.

I just drop mine off at whereever I happen to be that has a bin for them - around here, that's Target, Walmart, and Office Max
