I have to jump jump and down whilst crossing my arms over my head and pulling upwards.
The most annoying is that my boobs still bounce when we run. It hurts like hell and I always wonder how other women that have more bounce are even able to train. I often cross my arms over my chest when we are jogging on the spot.

I have one that gives me fits, but the rest are ok. I like the look of these and they zip in the front. Seems like they were on Shark Tank.

I don't have the answer, but I wanted to say THANK YOU for the smile you gave me when I read your thread title. #btdt

this is how I do it. you take the strap off of one shoulder and your arm all the way out of the strap. then put your arm back down through the whole bra, use your opposite arm to pull it back over your head, sideways. that way you only have to use one arm to pull it off.
I don't know if that made sense or not

Funny you should post this. I actually posted on Facebook on Saturday that I'm not sure what is the better workout. The elliptical machine or taking my sports bra off

I don't know if that made sense or not I literally just said this same exact thing! **Jinx** It's easy! First you dislocate your left shoulder, shimmy the bra over your head, pop shoulder back in place, dislocate other elbow, peel it off with your now useable hand and you are good to go! It only takes a few minutes and some Advil and you'll be good to go!

I have an automated sports bra remover, AKA husband.
Before I partially tore my rotator cuff, I crossed my arms in front, grabbed opposite bottom sides of the band and pulled it off over my head. One shoulder now says "no f-Ing way, " so I have to wait until DH gets home. I feel like a toddler with my arms over my head waiting for 'daddy' to undress me. 😫

LOL! I have no clue! Both exercise bras and Spanks are exercise just putting them on and taking them off!

I had some that I wore until the hook and eyes bent apart and broke. By that time, the tag had faded so i couldn't tell what model it was. Took a while but found them on Hanes clearance, and bought 4.

Jaws of death? Honestly, if it is tight enough to support my boobs there is no way it will make it over my shoulders.
I have to use the ones that hook.

I fit perfectly in the older large Champion sports bras and can easily take them off. The new ones I bought about a year ago are sooo much tighter and I can no longer step out of them. I was struggling so hard to get one off in the locker room that a much younger woman actually asked me if I was OK!
