Sorry for swearing but i feel like I use more calories trying to get into and out of my excercise bra than i do at the class.

I have a problem shoulder, and I've totally gotten stuck in mine. Had to wait until DH got home to help me. How pathetic is that!
And it all sticks to you from exercising, and then I can't get it unrolled. Yuck!!!

I only buy exercise bras with some sort of clasps for this exact reason. My favorite zips up the front, but I have to be really careful to push the zipper "tab" all the way down against the zipper when it's zipped up to "lock" it, otherwise it spontaneously unzips and frees the twins at the most inopportune time (like downward dog in yoga class).

You get one that goes on like a regular bra. LOL I HATE regular ones (Besides the fact that they don't fit.) I will never wear one, again, that doesn't have regular clasps in the back.

Haha! That's why I get the moving comfort ones, they have a clasp in the back! So much easier than trying to pull it over your head or down around your waist.

Haha I had a frozen shoulder and was stupid enough to put on one of these a size too small because the others were in the laundry...OMG! I had to wait until my sweat totally dried before I could peel myself out of it. And there is no way I earth I could take one down my hips, my butt is way too big for that. I tell myself it's because of all the squats and lunges.  |

OMG I've found my people! I hate that kind of bra with the heat of a thousand suns! The same is true for similarly styled tankini swimsuit tops. I finally decided after nearly dislocating my shoulder one day trying to get out of a Miraclesuit top that pushing it down was the only way to get the freaking thing OFF. Oy.  |

Ha! Donning and removing an exercise bra, is according to my DD, resistance training  however she was nice enough to not bust her gut laughing when I asked her to help me take it off. Thank Gd she was home. Can't wear one that clasps in the back, my rotator cuff tears won't let me reach back there. |

You need to drop the shoulder straps down, get your arms through the straps, then rotate the band around until the back clasps are between your boobs and then unhook. |

It's easy! First you dislocate your left shoulder, shimmy the bra over your head, pop shoulder back in place, dislocate other elbow, peel it off with your now useable hand and you are good to go! It only takes a few minutes and some Advil and you'll be good to go!

I too hated sports bras for this exact reason! I almost had a panic attack taking one off a few years ago. I now only buy the kind that have a normal closure in the back. The over the head kind are of the devil! A friend of mine literally got stuck in one she was trying on in a sporting goods store. She had to yell out to get an associate to help her get it off. She felt so humiliated  I felt terrible for her! Now of course we laugh about it, but geez! What a horrible feeling. |

That was because of the back brace I wore as well as fearing the contortion movements of getting out! My regular bras had underwire and it didn't work with the brace. |

Yeah, my older ones pull on and off and are a struggle, but my newer ones have a clasp, so, whew. However, I was an idiot and bought two flow-y tanks with built-in bras at the Lululemon outlet, and for the life of me, I cannot avoid spending a good ten minutes every time I wash them trying to figure out how to get both the bra and the tank top turned right-side-out at the same time. |

Having just gotten me from a sweaty workout at the gym, I totally feel your pain. With D sized girls, my sports bras are pretty structured... Definitely not something I can step into or out of. It is a heck of a chore getting them off.

I was in the store a couple weeks ago looking for a new bra and picked up this one to try on and couldn't even figure out how to put it on since it's too layers. I finally just gave up and realized this wasn't a practical purchase. lol |
