As an update, I just let the office and couldn't get into the parking lot of a restaurant because of the line to get gas at Sam's Club. Probably 15 cars in line in the street. (This is in GA).
I'm heading out on a road trip for work tomorrow...hope this isn't really a big issue!

North Fort Worth reporting in. Yesterday I filled up one car about 4 pm and the lines at Costco were 3-4 deep. Went back about 7 to fill up the other car and lines were 5-6 deep. I paid 2.09.
Today, heading over to Lake Worth the Kroger and 7-11 I passed were full at least a dozen deep on both entrances and it was 2.59. I checked Costco and it was just up to 2.13
My plan is to top off every 2-3 days, but we'll see. Hate to sit there for 10 minutes....or longer.

South of Fort Worth here. 3 Q Ts around me are completely out of gas. And these are big places. I got gas today at WalMart ( never do ) and they had lowered their price 10 cents from yesterday. Way to go WalMart.

We are just north of Dallas in Frisco We are neighbors!! I live in Allen and work at Plano Legacy! We are neighbors. I live in Plano and work at Baylor. It was ridiculous today. All the lines, stations running out of gas. The car dealer giving my husband a loaner with no gas! I drive a Prius!!

I'm in Fort Worth and we're having the same problems over here. I was out running errands tonight and almost every gas station I passed had a very long line of cars waiting to get gas.
When we had Katrina the refineries were shut down also. We didn't have any gas shortages then. I don't understand the panic now.
Keep calm, people! Gas will be shipped in from Oklahoma! Seriously, don't panic!!

Central Texas Hays County is/has run out of gas in Buda, Kyle and San Marcos. Glad we are staying home for Labor Day weekend.

I'm in MA and it's gone up $.25 in 3 days. The local BJ's gas station is the cheapest and even though they have 20 pumps, there's been waiting for one every day,

Central Texas Hays County is/has run out of gas in Buda, Kyle and San Marcos. Glad we are staying home for Labor Day weekend. My sister called last night to tell me this. I told her we had plenty of gas here in the Houston area. People need to stop spreading the panic via social media!
