I can buy figs right now for the parrot. She likes them fresh, whole and served with honey. Of course figs don't last long.
Using the very small canning jars, is it possible to can two figs in a honey syrup?

Have you considered freezing them on a cookie sheet and then putting into bags? That's what I think I would try first. or here is a canning recipe figs in honey

I think that I am going to try freezing one.
Can't dried them. She doesn't like dried figs. Actually she isn't find of dried fruit. Raisins and cranberries are about her tolerance of dried fruit.

We had an abundant fig crop this year. I was planning to dry them but the timing of a trip got in the way and we ended up freezing them. Tonight we defrosted a few and served them with ice cream and a balsamic glaze. Everyone went ga-ga over them.
You can at least try freezing first and within 24 hours you will know if she goes for it.
