If you do t want to spend a lot, google making costume shoes out of existing shoes with duct tape.....

if you can't find them, look for a pair of black heels that have the right heel/toe look and make shoe covers to give the boot look - basically fabric that covers the leg/ankle/top of foot -you can add the eyelets and lacing and use black elastic to hold it onto the foot/shoe

Lots of spat pictures on Google.. |

We (or rather I) went all out with her costume. We had to change it up a bit since my niece is only 12 and the shorts Harley normally wears in Suicide Squad are just not appropriate for her age. We've spent so much money on this costume hopefully she loves it.
