I'm not sure what's on the tv in picture 27 but it looks a little bit like porn.

I'm not sure what's on the tv in picture 27 but it looks a little bit like porn. Naturally I went straight to picture 27! I don't see a TV in that photo, but I do see a large teddy bear sitting on a shelf.

Wow! That's definitely a throw back style right there! Who knew there were so many dark turquoise & hot pink home accessories and furnishings available in the world? I certainly didn't!

All that pink! I like the rooms and layout but I would have to recarpet and repaint the whole house!

Those colors need to go, but not a bad house. I could't even estimate what that house would cost around here.

I don't understand the mentality that says, I'm going to build a mansion and then never, ever put a penny into updating its decor.

If it has 2 kitchens does that mean I have to do twice as much cooking? I must admit that my first thought was The Jetsons meet a brothel!

As soon as I started scrolling through the pictures the theme from Miami Vice started playing in my head.

Once the carpeting and furniture are gone and the pink accent walls are painted. It will be guite a nice house.

So much magenta!
I couldn't cope. The weird patterns in the carpet (from vacuuming?) are bringing out my OCD. They need wooden floors stat.
Other than ALL the decor it seems like quite a nice house.

I almost feel ashamed that I don't hate it. Hahaha, I wasn't sure if I should admit I really love the pink on the kitchen wall. I wish they'd shown the view. I'll take this any day over animals on the wall or the rock quarry look. SaveSave

It could be a very nice house without that Pepto Bismal Pink everywhere. When they commit to a color scheme, they COMMIT, don't they? The thing that has me the most shocked is the price. That HUGE house, location near the water, nice big yard, and the price is $799,000? My house will be listing for around $750,000, and I assure you, it isn't remotely anywhere near as large and well located. But that's stupid California property prices. My house is nothing special at all. I'm in a tract housing area where every third or fourth house looks pretty much just like mine. With a coat of neutral paint inside, and that bright carpeting pulled up and replaced with wood, their art deco furnishings removed, it would be a very, very nice house.

Looks like a small hotel to me- at least the living room looks like a hotel lobby and the locker room? The colors and carpeting are horrible, but it wouldn't be too difficult to update with fresh paint and wood floors. It seems to have a lot of space and a nice location, and I like the pool. I prefer this one over the house with all the clown clutter.

Even with the need for paint, that house is a bargain at 800K! Or at least, it would be here.
Someone REALLY loves pink!
The indoor pool is kind of cool. I admit I always wanted one, but don't want to pay to heat it. And I much prefer the basement kitchen to the upstairs.

I almost feel ashamed that I don't hate it. Haha same! I started flicking through the photos.... first the outside ones..... yep, looks like a lovely house and a fabulous location.... open the first interior photo and I gasped in shock a bit at first glance, then 2 seconds later - actually that's not too bad. Next photo..... gasp..... then - hmmm that's actually quite cool.... and so on and so on.....

God, I wish that place was on AirBNB.
I would love to live in that house for 1 week. I would wear leotards and legwarmers and listen to George Michael ALL DAY LONG.

First do they get winter there? Second when can I move in? I am totally game here!
Pink and mint green? This is the stuff of my dreams. (I wish I were kidding!) I would totally live here!!! I think the winter would kill me, though. I am a wuss for cold weather.

The thing that has me the most shocked is the price. That HUGE house, location near the water, nice big yard, and the price is $799,000? It isn't in a very desirable community, so that factors into the price, I'm sure, as well as the amount of money that would need to be invested in redoing the paint and floors.

That is not a desirable community? It sure looks like it from the picture. The lake, the large homes nearby. What is the issue? Drugs? Crime? Proximity to polluting sources? And yes, you would spend a fortune redoing this home to make it your own. With that amount of square footage, replacing the carpeting with wood is going to be a huge bill.
