I am wanting a new comforter/coverlet for the winter and I can't find anything I like. I've looked at West Elm, Pottery Barn, Ballard Designs, Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, Macys.....I think that's it. lol!
Any suggestions? Thanks!

I got a really good deal on sheets at Kohls and we love them. Ford duvets/comforters I have always ended up with Macys when they go on sale.

oh, I go through this same thing! WHY is it so hard to find a lovely set? It took me two years of looking for my daughter's new bedding. I found it on Amazon and wouldn't you know its since discontinued. Its really high quality, thread count and everything. That's so hard to find for 'kids' bedding. I never even heard of this brand Frank and Lulu. Wanna see? but yeah for me? Nothing. I dislike almost everything I've seen. I guess I'll know it when I see it, but yeah, I feel your pain.

TJMaxx, though I haven't been moved by anything there in a while. Amazon has tons of good stuff if you have the patience to sift through everything and read reviews.

JCPenney used to be great for bedding options. I haven't seen anything there that's blown me away for a while. Macy's always has something I like, but not necessarily what I'm looking for budget wise. (I'd have a fit if the dogs ran on the Waterford bedding I love.) Overstock.com is hit and miss, but worth a look.

GarnetHill.com has beautiful, but pricey bedding. I've caught a few really good sales there.

We have bedding from Garnet Hill. Depending on your style it may be worth looking there. Our other bedding has all come from Pottery Barn, but I do love Threshold brand sheets from Target.

I've had luck with The Company Store. thecompanystore.com I love The Company Store. I'm on the hunt for something dark gray and chartreuse right now. The more I have a vision in my head, the harder it is to find. I really just need a duvet cover and maybe a couple of pillow shams because I know I can get the rest at The Company Store. Try IKEA. I found a white quilted spread and shams that I love. I like it so much I went back and bought another one for a spare.

LLBean has great quality sheets, down comforters and duvet covers. Their styles are a bit limited but you can't beat the quality.

If you want really luxurious, go see Bella Notte.....I LOVE LOVE LOVE their bedding. Until I'm willing to spend that much on bedding tho, I stick with Pottery Barn. I also like Garnet Hill and The Company Store.

I searched for hours on the internet. I ended up finding a comforter at Cabelas. It was the only one that had the stripes of the exact colors to match my rug. It is reversible, but I like just a hint of the stripe showing.

I like the Target Threshold organic sheets. My comforter is Ikea and my duvet cover/shams came from Wayfair.

Yvonne, I love the bedding! Such a pretty mint green.
Bedding is always something that I struggle to find. My last 2 sets have been from Macy's. Have you tried Wayfair?

I've always bought from Pottery Barn or Macy's. But, I've drooled over a few things from Crate and Barrel before.

I love buying new bedding. I have 6 pottery barn duvet sets and some quilts that I've purchased and not used yet.
I buy from most f the places everyone has already listed.
What I do find is that my ability to find bedding I love is based on the season and what he s trending at the time. It's feast or famine - I either find many things I love or nothing.
What is in the stores now is just not to your liking. You may love the next styles that are in the stores.

GarnetHill.com has beautiful, but pricey bedding. I've caught a few really good sales there. I have several sheet sets and a down comforter from here. I love them! My daughter works for them so I get a 50% discount! Lisa G.

Don't know the current selection, but worth looking at Anthropologie, garnet hill, softsurroundings.com
I tend not to care for bedding that comes out in the fall, I usually wait until late winter for the summer/spring colors

I get my quilts from Target. My pillows from Cuddle.com , and sheets from BB&B. Everyone but me does not like a top sheet. I like the fact that you do not have to buy a set for some of their sheets.

Garnet Hill and I love it!!!! We got the dream quilt and shams in white earlier this year. It washes beautifully and is soft and great quality.

I have been in the same shoes for 2 months. I moved and I want to get ride of the drab awful putty color paint in the master, but I need to choose bedding first.
