I've had it with the nine hundred bazillion passwords that my old brain cannot remember! So, what are you ladies using to store your passwords?
An app....a safe....under a rock or maybe boulder.....in your underwear drawer......where or what are you using?
Thanks!

I was going to do this, but what do you do if you're not home and trying to login to a site or purchase something?

I use "keeper" on both my phone and computer. It is a free app for your phone and about $20/year to also have it on your computer.

I use Dashlane.
I have a friend who has every password in her cell phone contacts. Her theory is that since her phone is locked, one would have to know the code to get in and see the passwords she stored. I think a thief can get past the password, but I'm not sure.

I was going to do this, but what do you do if you're not home and trying to login to a site or purchase something? I have a small notebook I keep at home with all passwords. If I travel I throw it in my laptop bag. For sites I sometimes want to access away from home I have a few of them stored in the "notes" section of my smartphone. I don't like aps because then you have all your passwords held by a third party and they WILL be hacked eventually.

I just spoke to Apple. Why? Because I know Keychain does something with passwords. Golly.....geee.....it saves them. It also syncs them across my laptop, iPad and iPhone. So without spending more money or typing again they are saved. I love Apple!

That's why I like mSecure, you can choose whether to use cloud storage/sharing or just to keep all the data locally on your phone - I do the latter.

dd and her SO use onepass - they are going to set DH up with it when they come visit because he has a terrible time with them.
I have a contact list that syncs between my laptop and ipad that has clues to the passwords

I use "keeper" on both my phone and computer. It is a free app for your phone and about $20/year to also have it on your computer. This is what I use and so worth it. I love that while you can create folders on it: travel, medical, etc. You can simply search a name (e.g., Delta) and get to the password.

I have a note in my "notebook" app that has all my passwords. I keep my phone locked so no one can access it.

I use Codebook. It's fairly easy to use and they keep it updated fairly often.

I create a contact on my phone and save each password with the contact in the "notes" section.
