I'm doing fine - up 0.2 lbs which is nothing. I can tell i lost inches this week, and that's a win.

New to WW. Is it ok if I join? Welcome! Please join us! i finally went to a weigh in and meeting today after taking 2 months off because summers are hell in our house. The good news is that even though I gained 2.8 pounds in that time, I'm still in Lifetime range, so just had to pay $14 to maintain that. It was great to be back and I've been really good the past two weeks.

I'm so happy with my choice to combine intermittent fasting to my WW maintenance routine. I've been able to easily maintain my personal goal weight and still indulge at times, and I feel so much better for it. I lost a few pounds unintentionally during the height of Harvey when I was stressed but it was easy to get back to my happy weight.

We had severe street flooding and watched anxiously to make sure the river levees held fast (we're not far from the Brazos River)

They're good for us now. Earlier this week they opened one of the major freeways that had been underwater so commutes are better too. But we still have friends who are living in half demolished houses with debris and trash piled 6 feet high on the curb
