Try resetting the Fitbit, here are instructions.
Plug your charging cable into your computer Plug your Flex into the charging cable Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger. Hold down the paperclip for 3-5 seconds Unplug the Flex form the charging cable.
I work for a company that sells Fitbits, I actually do a lot of the trouble shooting and a hard reset usually works.

Also make sure you're not in close proximity to other Fitbits. Also try resetting your phone.

Thanks. I did that and synced and it didn't say tracker not foynd, it says synced...yet it isn't showing any steps..(walked up and down stairs a few times) only showing calories burned? Anything I should check?

I know when I run to problems it's because the app has an update I haven't done

Remove tracker from Fitbit account. Restart phone Restart tracker Re-add tracker to account.
^^^That's what I normally have to do to make it work again.
