I have one for a neighbor and I've been surprised at how unfamiliar that reference seems to be to people when I describe her that way. Unfortunately, mine is meddlesome and mean, not just nosy. But otherwise, the name suits her! Of course! But then I grew up watching Bewitched.

My dog is Gladys Kravitz. If the neighbors are doing it he wants to see it no matter how trivial the activity is. He's a nosy busy body
I had to explain who Mrs Kravitz was to my kids when I started calling the dog Mrs Kravitz

We had a neighbor across the street we called Mrs Kravitz, even though it was a guy.

Yes. Whenever dh or I peer out the window to see what's going on at a neighbor's house etc, we call each other Mrs. Kravitz.
We did have to explain the reference to dd. She was clueless.

Of course! Sometimes I think I am her.
I say to my kids, I don't mean to sound like Gladys Kravitz but did you see that our neighbor blah blah blah.
Kids are like, huh???

Wrong Way Feldman is a take off on Wrong Way Corrigan, a flyer who took off from New York for California and landed in Ireland instead.

I know who she is, but my kids wouldn't. They are 20-somethings and haven't watched "Bewitched" much, if ever.

Yes, she is the very noisy neighbour on Bewitched, which just started with episode @1 on CHCH Chanel 11, in Hamilton, Ontario.
They have also started with both the Bob Newhart shows, The one where his is a physcologist and where he 7 his wife open an Inn in Vermont.
They are also showing season #1 of Jeanie. I love watching retro tv.

I had no idea, but from the clues knew it was a nosey person. My husband probably qualifies.
In his smoking days, he smoked on the front porch, so knew what was happening in the 'hood. He quit smoking in 2002, but still has his finger on the pulse of the neighborhood.

Ha ha, yes! We used to call my mom that because she was constantly peeping out of her windows checking up on what the neighbors were doing! We also used to call her Granny Fanny Nesslerode after the Sesame Street character and it drove her nuts.

Yep, Bewitched was a show I used to watch. But what I didn't know until today was that there were two actresses who portrayed Gladys in the series. I knew there were two Darrins, but not two Gladyses.

I didn't recognize the name.
When I read the OP I got that she's the nosy neighbor that I have seen in a meme, but I don't know what TV show it's from.

I had forgotten that there were two actresses that played the part. I had to google why. The original actress- Alice Pearce- died of ovarian cancer at the age of 48 in 1966 only two seasons into the show. How sad.

Whatcha all doin' over here? (though I tend to picture the other Gladys more) Nooooo! Alice Pearce was the definitive Gladys! She was a trooper, having already been diagnosed with cancer before shooting, but kept it a secret from everyone because she didn't want special treatment, and she loved the part. RIP Gladys. I also prefer the first Darrin. I guess I'm a "Bewitched" purist.

Yes. My neighbor refers to me as the high tech mrs. Kravitz because I've got a camera system, binoculars, and a comfy seat by the window to keep tabs on the comings and goings.
Sadly, I used to just be nosy. Now I'm recording so we know which addict it is when our belongings get stolen.
