I haven't used that one but have tried a few. All of them have just been expensive buckets, imho. So now I just use an IKEA toy bucket. It cost $6.
My mom was obsessed with finding a good one a few years back and tried many models without luck. Either they are too shallow that the water cools too fast or the motorized features aren't very strong.

I have an older, less expensive model. I found that if we started with hot water, it heated the water too hot. Once I started using lukewarm water, it was really nice.

I have one but I don't use it much. The water cools off too fast and it's really shallow so it makes a mess on the floor if I use the jet feature.

I have one that never gets used, the water goes cold too quickly, it splashes everywhere and it's so noisy! I prefer to just fill a bowl and stick my feet in it.

I don't have any experience with this particular one but I think any of these things are just expensive bowls. No-one I know who has one has used it more than a couple of times. They are always trotted out at good Mothers Day presents but they are a big No for me. Have you ever had a look at how many are in thrift shops etc, that is a good indication to me.
