We just got new computer (iMac) and I am trying to print some photos. On the sams club site they all show red boxes saying the resolution is not good or the image needs to be cropped and I noticed that the files say "unadjustednonraw files". Do I need to convert them now for some reason? I'm not sure why I'm getting the errors?

Call Sam's. I haven't a clue what they mean.

Now I see that it says that for larger pics I need to use the slow uploaded. But there is nothing about that on the page. Grr. This is taking way too long.

No experience with Sam's, but most printing site will allow a quick upload or an ipload with a larger file. Since it's the first time, the website may be trying to upload or library or sort through it. Subsequent uploads should be quicker. Facebook does the same thing if you upload files there. I always chose the larger files. It does take longer, but the quality is much, much better. Especially if others (like grandparents) print from there.
