B&M stores, only. Found a couple at Walmart, but would like to look elsewhere so I can get her (my grandmother) a matching top.
She's a size 6 pants. Does Kohl's carry anything like that? I know Penny's does, but do they carry more than one brand? She has some from there that are not her favorite. I don't want to spend tons on the pants, either, since I will be buying an outfit.
Thanks!
ETA: Unfortunately, she doesn't really care for Alfred Dunner.

Not sure if you have these stores in your area but I found them at my local Kmart and Mejers.

Around here, Hamricks is where I would send you but I looked it up and they aren't in Texas. They are a chain of stores they carry a lot of knit clothes often perfect for ladies and gentlemen of a certain age. I bet there is something like it where you live. I just don't know what.

My Mom loved the brand Alfred Dunner - at the time I think I got them at Macy's but they may sell them at other stores. She had some very cute outfits❤

Denim and Co on QVC for my 98 year old petite mother. Kohls also has some, more fleece wear.

Chicos Travelers are super comfy. You can probably find some on their clearance rack. Our upscale resale shop always has a lot of them too.

Ok, don't laugh, but really...and cheap. Mills fleet farm and LM fleet. I know because my Mom is cheap, and she loves those places. I think they carry a lot of Lee/Levi Brands.

A friends mom had a bunch of AD outfits. I can't remember whether it was Boscovs or Bon Ton that carries them.

I am pretty sure the Sears by me doesn't sell any pants that have a waistband. Or sweatshirts that don't have horses or chickadees on them. I would look there. It's where I buy all my grandma's clothing. Alas- I lied. I forgot. My Sears has just reinvented itself. The pants still don't have waistbands, but they now have emojis and hashtags that say #whatthesears embroidered on them. Millenials get that. Man, I didn't realize all the Sears hate I had inside me. I really did just mean to say "Check Sears!" in a helpful manner.

I was in Belks today looking for pants in the petite department and my Belks thinks that petites equals elastic waist pants so I know that they had tons of different ones. And, as an aside, I also went to the Loft and while they did not have elastic waist stuff, they ONLY had skinny everything. I have calves the size of tree trunks and while an 8 may fit my ass, it just was too tight in the legs. I almost figured the polyester elastic waist would be the better option.

I just bought a pair of Alfred Dunners for my 94 year old mom, too. A size 10. She tried them on then asked me if they had a 10 1/2.

My 92-year-old mama has ordered from a company called Blair, I think. I see the catalog at her house. It's full of "old lady" clothes. Lol!
I've also bought her some of the yoga pants from Target. The wider leg, more trouser-like style... not the fitted style. She really like those as the are not only comfortable, but they also don't wrinkle. In black and that really dark charcoal gray, they make perfect everyday pants for her.
