Picked up the dogs toys and vacuumed. Put sheets in wash, mattress pads in dryer. Now off to take a shower and but a little girl a b-day present before her party. Then I'm coming back home to do more work..
Gonna make the kids clean the baseboards and window sills when they get home from the football game.

We are about to head to a local park to play and hike. But when I come back I need to:
Wash the front windows and put up the Halloween lights, pumpkin porch light cover, and add the window clings.
Dust and vacuum my scrapbook nook
Wash my fall table cloth and runner
Fluff my flannel quilt in the dryer (cool nights here but we are to be back to low 90s next week then dip back down. Just want it on the bed and ready for when needed)
Grocery shop for the last week of the month

It's still hot here in West Texas. May I be excused?

Summer weather has finally arrived in New England, so I haven't been motivated to think fall yet. Thanks for the nudge! I took down my summer banner...now I need to wash the door and put up the Halloween banner.

OK, washed the door then made a batch of salsa. What does salsa have to do with cleaning, you ask? I FINALLY cleared all the bowls of tomatoes off the kitchen table, yippee!!!

I feel so lazy when I don't do these - but I'm not going to... But I did make some pumpkin spice "bread" out of cream cheese and eggs.

I am late to this party but I did clean up the kitchen and it looks good. I took out the recycling and cleaned out the fridge. It looks pretty good. I finished a load of laundry, too which I am glad about. I hope the pants dry soon. I need to go to the laundromat where i was getting a carpet cleaned. That could wait until tomorrow or 4 pm. I haven't decided yet. I am feeling kind of lazy now.

It is not fall like here - 96 today - when it should be around 70. Even if it wasn't so hot, I don't think I'd be doing much cleaning. I'm sitting on the couch with my foot propped up. I had a dumb accident earlier this week and ended up with 2 broken toes and stitches across the bottom of my foot.

I'm watching football and cleaning during the breaks.
Still taking down, washing, and putting curtains back up.

Didn't get it all done last week, so here I am again. I still need to take two window from the living room, one from ds upstairs bedroom and one from the spare down before I start on the basement. Also need to mow, edge, fix some stuff outside, clean up the garage.
As well as the day to day and week to week stuff.
Guess I should get out of bed.

I found my lost (very muddy) dog this morning and spent two hours giving her a bath and picking burrs out of her fur. Then I did four loads of laundry (one was dog towels, LOL). I really need to change the furnace filters. I bet I can do both in 15 minutes. Ready set GO!
