I've been on a roll of buying too much scrappy goodies and now no where to put it. My scrap room is still under construction. Maybe it's a stress reliever. I hope I will be able to use it soon.

There can be. I stress shop for sure...but I'm much better about picking and choosing what I want to bring into my room because I began receiving so much stuff I had nowhere easy to put it (a few orders would require hours of reorganizing to fit it into my stash) which caused the stress and anxiety it was meant to squelch to return and then some. If you know you'll have somewhere to put it when your room is done, then don't stress. Go to Michael's, Joann's, Hobby Lobby or Ikea and find something that will hold the stuff more easily than shipping boxes and stash it somewhere in the house that is easy to get to so you can add to the pile without having to go digging. Then keep the new stuff easy to reach when you start to put your room back together so you can use your new goodies first.

I have the same problem. I have a small space, but it's pretty packed. I do get overwhelmed sometimes, but scrappy shopping is my therapy and only hobby pretty much. Just wish I had some mojo to scrap with all these pretty things!

Dh is getting a bit tired of the little packages coming from China (Aliexpress), Zulily and Joann.com! I'm lucky because I pick up the mail so my DH doesn't know what I'm ordering (not that he'd care). I think it's only a problem if it creates more stress about storing/using it.

jstblondie, when your room is ready you will prob find a space for those new goodies. In fact, you can put them in FIRST, and then get rid of some of the stuff you have been hoarding if there is no space left.

It's a good problem to have! I recognize I stress shop, too. I've been much more intentional about my scrapbook shopping this year. But, boy, it's fun when the package arrives
