Has anyone ever gotten this error and if so, have you submitted your information? "For security reasons this process can not be continued. To make sure your transaction is secure, please provide us with documentation by clicking My Appeal for further verification.

I'm so pissed! I have about $100.00 worth of stuff I want to buy and plenty available credit. I've placed at least 20 or so orders with Ali Express and not sure why this is happening.

No but someone else on the board mentioned a similar issue I think and submitted some verification info with some details blacked out. Can you try ordering from other sellers to see if you still get the same error?

Can you try ordering from other sellers to see if you still get the same error? That was me. It honked me off too. I did NOT send scans liked they asked. I took a photo of my drivers license and blacked out everything except my name and address (literally everything--height, weight, signature, blood donor status, the license number, etc.). I took a photo of my debit card, front only, and blacked out my card number except the last 4 digits, and a screen shot of the temporary purchase on my bank account, which ONLY showed the bank name, the date and purchase amount--no account number. They were fine with it. Good luck! Oh--and it has to do with Chinese banking law. They are eventually going to require everyone to do it, so it just randomly pops up for people. It's totally annoying and was almost a deal-breaker for me. ETA: *sigh* Organ donor. I blocked out my organ donor status. I'm pretty sure they don't care if I donate blood? Some days my brain does not connect with the world.
