What could you replace your husband with?
My answer that wasn't there? Nothing and I would not want to try. I am not really sure why this question bothers me so much, maybe the answers or just thinking about losing him?
I know , dumb question why let it bother you, but it does.
What do you think?

I find that show pretty offensive lately. They purposefully are looking for crude and over-the-top answers. Steve Harvey isn't my favorite either. JMHO.
Sorry this question bothered you.

I don't ever watch the show, but I sometimes see things linked on FB and I agree with you. It's not how I remembered it being.

Yes, I thought the same thing when I happened to catch the show one day! I used to love watching it when I was a kid, and the day I watched I could not believe the questions and their responses that they were going for! It definitely wasn't the family-friendly show I was used to.

Yeah, they ask a lot of questions that will lead to smarmy answers to provide entertainment. My husband cleans, earns a living, and you know, provides his husbandly duty (and more). Seems to me they were looking for things like eggplant or something similar for laughs. I wouldn't be offended. It was all in jest.

Was nothing one of the answers? I would have guessed it would be. But, in reality, I got a dog as soon as my ex moved out (he never wanted one), so dog would have been my pick.

I'd replace my husband with a housekeeper, cook, maintenance guy, giant bank account.... I couldn't pick one person/thing.

Mine is irreplaceable so that question would be moot here.

I'm just thinking how insensitive that question is to all of the widows. Can you imagine suffering that loss in real life, knowing nothing will ever replace that, and then a stupid game show asks that question thinking it's funny?

I was going to say a Mega Lottery winning ticket. Otherwise nothing. The more I think about it, money would cover the question. Lottery, bank account, big inheritance.

They just wanted someone to say dildo on TV. I think that was one of the answers and pet was another. I didn't look at the rest. I know it is a fun game, but that question hit a nerve or 2/3.

I don't recall where I was recently and Family Feud was on and I was surprised by just the few moments I saw. It wasn't how I remembered it from years ago when I used to watch it regularly, that's for sure.

FWIW, I think none of the game shows they brought back are any good. Match Game is disgusting. To Tell the Truth is not at all entertaining. And Family Feud, too. The Price is Right is still good but the games are SO repetitive.

Was it regular Family Feud or the Celebrity version? I feel like they try really hard to get the Celebrity contestants to say risqué things. Some of the questions are really cringe worthy.

Some of the questions are really cringe worthy. and the couple times I've seen it they seem to dumb it down for an easier win at the end. Like I think I remember one question being- Name a color of a traffic light... there's literally 3 answers so pretty much guaranteed high points

And I tried to watch the prime time version with "celebrities" and the questions/answers were awful and inappropriate.

The show is stupid and the host is annoying. I never watch and your post confirms that I never will.
