Do the stamps work within the cityscape?

Sigh. I was really excited for this kit...even set myself a second alarm for this morning a few days ago because my calendar notifications are inconsistent (even when I don't have it set to busy, I'm not getting notifications I have set) but I woke up this morning in total disbelief with what happened here last night and am struggling to process it all, so my desire to shop vanished. I hope I am able to decide at some point before it sells out if I want it or not. I think the thing about the kit itself that's making it hard to commit is the lack of dies for the smaller elements. Even if it were an add-on. My desire was to make ephemera, so if I get the kit, I'm going to have to finally learn my pixscan mat for my Cameo. {{hugs}} I also wondered about the small pieces and lack of dies. If I didn't have the scan n cut I might have passed.

I can use the pixscan with my cameo but that is an extra step and well, the more steps it takes to get it done makes it more likely the stamp set will never see ink.

Got it. I actually got two in case my sister wants one but if she doesn't I'll be offering it for sale. I didn't get any of the extras. The only one that sort of drew me in was the fireplace one but I have a couple of fireplace sets, I think. I would buy it if you decide to sell! I really like it and it's sold out... i need to at least add a reminder to my calendar to check them right away each month!

Anyone who likes the irreverent elf messages stamp set but can't justify shipping or buying the (mind you, super adorable) kit from Hero Arts, the irreverent elves will be available from HA resellers soon. Scrapbook.com has already created the product page with the in-stock notification button.

It does now, but didn't a few minutes ago. Weird. It was a new window, not a failed refresh, too. Oh well.

My kit STILL says unfulfilled and I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet. I'm getting them later and later every month. Does anyone else have that problem or some insight into their shipping order?

Mine was supposed to be delivered today. I'll find out when I get home! USPS tracking is down so I can't track it.

Are you a subscriber? I used to order right away and be in the first batch of shipping but it's not the case with the subscription option now. I really dislike that they wait until Friday to start shipping because the last time I ordered I had tracking on Friday but it was after their pickup for the day had been done so instead of receiving it Monday, it wasn't picked up until Monday. They keep increasing the kits they are producing which could push some back, but given that I order within moments of the kits going live when I really want them, I'm thinking what is actually happening is that subscription numbers are increasing and they are getting first priority over 1 off kit purchases. Which I get, don't get me wrong, there are perks to being a subscriber (and even more when you are one of the first to subscribe...I receive shipping notifications quickly for my kit from Elle's Studio and subscribed the day it became available as an option, for instance) but waiting until the very end of the week to start shipping means that people are stuck waiting over a weekend. If I order a kit on Monday within minutes of the kit going live, it seems ridiculous (not in an angry up in arms kind of way, but more like it's perplexing) that we should be waiting until the following Monday for the kit to finally ship.

I ordered the kit ~30 minutes after it was released last Monday, and it hasn't shipped yet. I added a couple of other things too to get free shipping.
This is my first order from them and I got worried when I saw people posting they got a shipping notification last Friday. Glad to know I'm not the only one still waiting!

scrapaddict702I sub, and your kit that you purchase with no sub is going out before mine. You'd think they'd reward loyalty, but I guess not. Right after I first subbed, my kits went out on Friday, and I had them by Monday or Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and they haven't even printed my shipping label, or I would have gotten the email. Every month it seems like I get later and later in the delivery que. If they don't mail mine by tomorrow, I won't see it until NEXT Monday, 2 weeks after the preview. You'd think either they'd prioritize subbers or they'd randomize the whole thing so no one gets crapped on EVERY month with late delivery. Right now it seems like the more subs they sell, the later and later my delivery gets. I tell a lot of people about the kit and how much I love it, so I'm kind of thinking that's stupid on my part, tbh, it just means for everyone that signs up I wait longer, and they don't even have a referral bonus, so it's lose-lose for me. Honestly, I'm not "up in arms" or "rage quit", but I am getting really frustrated.

Honestly, I'm not "up in arms" or "rage quit", but I am getting really frustrated. I totally get it! I would be frustrated, too. I figured the delay was from subscriptions getting priority...I am actually disappointed to hear that they don't (does this mean you get pushed to the back of the line every time you bundle an item and only ship right away if it's just the kit..if so, that is really sucky). My only other theory would be that they've increased the volume of kits so much that it takes them a lot longer to bundle it all together. I've always presumed that the time between kit launch and shipping was putting the kits together because they post photos on social media demonstrating exactly that. It would make more sense to do that before kit launch so customers weren't stuck waiting a week or longer for tracking. In this day and age, that is considered quite slow, but it also means that their kits have been monumentally successful.

Back when I used to subscribe to magazines I would get frustrated when I saw an issue in stores before I got my prepaid copy in the mail.

Honestly, I'm not "up in arms" or "rage quit", but I am getting really frustrated. I agree it's frustrating. This happened to me with the SSS kit. I subbed, but on release day I ordered a gift kit for a friends birthday to be delivered directly to her. She got hers two weeks before I got mine. It was frustrating. When I emailed them about it there reply was "It states in the subcription details that the subscriptions go out between the 17th and 27th." Hers was sent on the 15th Mine was sent on the 27th. Regarding HA kit, It's only 3:30 pm in Richmond, CA try calling them or sending an e-mail. ETA: The HA facility is not in the NorCal fire area, but it's close, so it may be delayed because of that. I'm 3 hours south and the air here is full of ash.

My card kit was delivered the following Sunday. 2 day shipping can't beat that. Just like amazon prime

I emailed them this morning to find out when my kit was shipping as I knew from reading this thread that others had gotten theirs already. They told me that they have shipped mine today. Its my first time buying from them so I had no clue that they would be this slow, but I don't mind too much as I won't be using it straight away. Just good to know that it is shipped.

I'm still on the fence about this one. I opened it last night and I don't think I love tiny little stamps. I feel like they're too small for cards. Make tags with them?

I finally just got notice that mine has shipped. I can't wait to use it!
@weluvstangs, have you seen some of the inspiration online? The stamps are tiny, but as part of a scene they're really cute. I think they'll be perfect for shaker cards. I agree they'll be useful for tags too.

I got my first kit today, I'm in love! But how do I cut apart the dies? I've never used them before and have no idea, haha! However my Big Shot also arrived today. It's going to be a fun weekend!
