This month I challenge you to pick something from your stash that you haven't used in a while and use it on your pages...it can be anything. This month I am going to use some of my paper pad stash! I have gotten quite a few lately when M's has their $5 hot buy paper pad sale... I have amassed quite the collection lol so this month, I will be using papers from those.

My paper scraps are getting out of control and only just fit in their drawer. I also need to make a dent in the full sheets which will no longer fit in their drawer when I unpack my Sept BYOK unless I put at least the same number of sheets of paper into the Oct kit.
So I'm going to focus on using at least one full sheet and one piece from my scraps drawers on every page I make this month.

I plan to use up Christmas card kit supplies from years past, as well as scraps stored away in my christmas stash to create more cards. And before I left home I had pulled out a bunch of Christmas stamps. Plan to be using them, too.

I have a two fold challenge. I need to stop kitting so much (after today) and start scrapping more. I also need to use embellishments other than enamel, wood, washi. I have gotten in a rut with those so i am going to be pulling stuff out and putting it within arms reach to use this month. I am lazy lately lol.

 Found a really old pp that was printed free many years ago from a Web site. It's been taking up space in my stash for years. I just happened to find it this morning when these pictures were in front of me. This is why I never get rid of any paper. |

I have been having fun the last couple of days using scraps from my various Christmas bins. When I first started making Christmas cards, I precut a bunch of shapes and did some embossing as well on my Cuttlebug. The shapes I didn't use got squirrelled away. I also purchased some paper scraps somewhere: M's? WM? but never used them. Anyway, they got to come out to play yesterday and today. Also used my birdie punch that has had very little use, some Christmas tree dies hiding in my die tub, and a bunch of other neglected items for these 20 cards: Attachments:

@elaynef, that dog!!! oh, my. how cute! myboysnme, beautiful page and couple. That was a good quality rub-on my larger ones I find I have the hardest time keeping them together as the years go on. grammadee, beautiful cards. You really are working the cards. It just reminds me how very far behind I am. Hopefully seeing these will also jump start me into action. |
