Actually for me, most times it is good that I did not buy a specific paper. Either I get over the excitement of it, or just plain live just fine without it because something else, equally as good comes along. I don't think I have come across any paper that I truly regret not buying.

I am rarely haunted by that paper. I usually just buy it. And I buy twice as much as most because I do two layouts of almost everything. I have little self control with paper, but I have my OA, Sassafrass and Lights Out!

I love the sentiment from 950nancy -- just not necessarily those paper choices. And my purchase number was at least 3 -- two to use, one to "have"!

I am more haunted by some of the paper I did buy. Hence my participation in an Ugly Paper Swap contest.

I am more haunted by some of the paper I did buy. Hence my participation in an Ugly Paper Swap contest. Usually I can remember what pictures I want to use a particular paper for, but sometimes I just gotta ask myself what was I thinking? I have a line of mustache paper with embellishments that I cannot remember even buying. I have 9 years of photos to catch up on, so I am sure it is in that mess of pictures, but not specifically.

Yep. I even contacted the company asking if they planned to rerelease ( they had rereleased another line in pad form) but they said no... Early Bird by Cosmo Cricket.
I also started to like Basic Grey just about the time they went out of business...I missed so many good lines.

Yes! My all-time favourite. I still have quite a lot because I am very stingy with it, and I refuse to throw out even the smallest scraps.

I also started to like Basic Grey just about the time they went out of business...I missed so many good lines. AWWW ... don't worry about it! If you like the later Basic Grey, you probably wouldn't have liked the early Basic Grey. They became very different! I had purchased little to no Basic Grey in probably years when, during their earlier release, they when always on at the top of my wish list! Sublime, Motifica, Black Tie -- I'll have to dig around in my stash for more names. And the early collaboration with K& Co to release some incredible embossed paper and the first dimensional embellishments ... swoon. You can maybe some lines in digital format --- or fabric!

My FOMO is too strong. I am now trying to be better about what I really do like, what I already have that might be similar, and keep my spending down.

I am more haunted by some of the paper I did buy. Me too, Don. Me too. What was I thinking? Especially the thin, Fugly stuff from 2005. Not good for Scrapbooking or cards.

Ha - that's too funny. Fortunately, I'm not too terribly haunted. There isn't much that I want that I let get by me.
