Cold Compresses on your head.
Miralax for your constipation. A hot water bottle for your tummy.
Eat small meals, no lettuce and not a lot high fiber. That can bind you even more.
Lavender or hops sachets can be very soothing for headaches.
I hope you feel better soon!

I'm sorry you're in so much pain. I hope it goes away soon and that the surgery cures your seizures.

Oh my word! That sounds so painful. I really hope it helps your epilepsy.
When I've had surgery I get constipated from the pain meds too (didn't help that a lot of mine was bowel surgery). Make sure you keep hydrated. I also found hot peppermint tea helped soothe things with the cramps. I also found if I kept moving and walking round the house that helped start things off.
Hope you can find relief soon!

Last night the Linzess worked for me. I was up & down all night long in the bathroom for a super clean out!! No cramping, just clean out. Sorry for the details. My tummy feels so much better today. I will keep taking the Linzess a few times a week as long as I'm taking these nasty pain pills.
The pain isn't any better but I seem to be more focused on the infected ear that is really bothering me. I have been given antibiotics for that but have not seen any response yet as it has only been 24 hrs since I was given the script & shot. The ear issue is really causing my balance to be messed up & I am very dizzy. Zofran is taking care of the nausea. I feel like I am a pharmacy!!
Thanks all for the advice & kind words. I am hopeful that this surgery is a success for me as I have dealt with epilepsy for over 40 years.

Giant hugs and healing thoughts for you. I hope your surgery gets rid of the seizures, that your ear infection goes away, and you don't need the pain meds anymore. Feel better soon.
