Yes, I know it's been a super long time since I posted this late at night. So as normal I am up cleaning and getting everything done as everyone else is sound asleep. I was sick and pretty much out of it. The week before last and last week DD and Morgan were sick with something. Not much getting done around here. They are both behind about 2 weeks in school (homeschool) we will be doing makeup work the first half of this week. Let's just hope everyone stays good this week.
We put Morgan into Occupational Therapy he is starting to show signs of having sensory issues. We are doing home based for both speech and occupational. His homeschool group had a little party and we did not last long. Yesterday we picked up his some noise cancellation headphone for the bus and other places that he has been having problems with. I am shocked in how much he has been talking, We are getting one and two-word sentences all the time some new one that shocks all of us. His speech therapist is shocked since before his birthday he was just saying maybe 60 words. I told her he would shock us around the age of 4 with starting to talking.
so how is everyone one doing and what you doing tonight.

I hope everyone stays healthy and you manage to catch up! It's 9.30 Sunday morning here - the clocks went back last night so it feels later Just having another cup of tea but going to get started soon moving back into our home office which we've just finished redecorating. Hoping to get straight again today so I can get rid of the office stuff that's been stashed in the kitchen/diner for the last however long!

It's almost 6 am here. I work night shift and had signed up for an extra shift last night but they cancelled me. So after sleeping all day I went to bed at 10pm and have been up since 330. I'm trying to be quiet as I have a small house and don't want to wake my daughter as she has to be up early to go to work.
I hope your family stays healthy.

Ugh, I can't sleep!!
I didn't get home until after 1am from our last marching competition. Stayed up until 2am, refreshing the competition site, waiting for the results from another one to see if we made it to the state championship. Went to sleep only find out they were posted at 2:30am. Woke up around 5:45am, unable to sleep. We got in!! Now I can't sleep at all.
I'm tired. I'm excited. I have hundred thoughts running through my head about the state finals. I know we won't place high but still excited because we've been working towards this for 6 years now. I'll never go to Ford Field for a Lions game but I'll go for a marching band competition.

Most of the USA is waking up now, but it's still considered early for our family! LOL
I'm up and walked around the house ... It sure is messy from this week. My two teen DDs will have friends over today.
I thought about picking the house up, but then thought, "NO, I didn't make this mess!" So I decided to PEA instead. Hehe!
I work from home and I have a little bit of stuff to catch up on after I chill with the Peas for a bit.

darkangel090260 my son had nothing wrong with him to explain his lack of speech. At 3 he had ~15 words and several were his own version of the word. He didn't say mama until 27 months. The speech therapists kept assuring us that he just had nothing to say yet. He didn't grunt or cry for things, he just went along his merry way in relative silence. At 3.75 years my husband and I set a "deadline" for his speech to kick in as we had already paid for preschool, but didn't feel comfortable sending a nonverbal kid off to school. About a month later and a week before we were going to ask for our money back, ds got up one morning and came out of his room and asked "Are there kangaroos at the Santa Barbara Zoo?" He hasn't shut up since. The educators cautioned us that his speech delay might lead to reading delay. It did. He was a non reader in first grade and I didn't think they would move him up. They reiterated that his reading may be delayed and said they felt fine moving him to second grade. In second grade he was obviously in the lowest reading group. By October, his reading kicked in and he immediately moved to the highest reading group. He is a voracious reader. Anyway, I realize you weren't looking for advice about Morgan, but I thought I would share my story in case it helps ease your mind.

Is anyone around tonight? All my friends have gone to bed. It's breakfast time in Europe is it not?

Also is anyone hungry? I had 7 layer dip hours ago (before dinner) and I am hungry now. It's just before midnight.
I have to go for a mammogram tomorrow and they always call me a week later saying I need diagnostic ones and it's the same every year. It's kind of on my mind.

I am not ready to sleep yet. I woke up super early yesterday and then did stuff and fell back asleep for a couple of hours. That was so stupid. I can't take naps no matter what time of day they are. Hopefully I will want to sleep soon!

Also, YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms including John Oliver have been extremely entertaining. I would say so much more so than sleeping.

Monday (today) I think I will drop off a few boxes of scrap stuff at DS' old schoolI want to get rid of it and I can write it off that way. I think I have 7 boxes of stuff to take in. that's a good amount of stuff I won't need. More pretty stuff will be made and I am sure i can buy it then if I am interested, right? I should go take the stuff up t the front hall to take to the school tomorrow. I am keeping the cardstock and then flowers, some stamps and ink pads and dyes. The rest can go.
