The weight loss has been slow, but today I went looking for a pair of pants in a department store. Found what I wanted in the plus size department, tried it on ... and they were too big! Found the same pants over in the regular sized department, and they're a perfect fit.  I was so excited, I bought a top and jacket in the same area, and both also fit perfectly. It's been a long time, peas! |

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am looking forward to the day when I go down a size. I've been half-heartedly trying to lose weight for several months. Lost 15, gained back 5 as I totally and intentionally went off plan for several weeks.

I knew the pants in my closet were getting big, but I honestly hadn't been paying much attention. I know sizing varies from brand to brand, and I'm sure there are brands I don't fit into yet, but it was still a pleasant surprise! And a strong incentive to step up my efforts. |
