Love, love, love her sesame noodles - I add chicken and veggies to make it a meal (and I make 1.5x the sauce when I do that). I also love that it takes less than 20 minutes to pull it together. The only changes I make to the recipe is to use 3T of canola oil - 4T made it a bit too oily - and I use Siracha instead of the hot chili oil. Wonder how this would be with zoodles? I think it would be yummy. The sauce makes everything taste better! SaveSave

These are two of my faves. And my neighbors all beg me to make the crash hot potatoes, especially during summer grilling season. I'm looking to be inspired for mealtime ideas. I need to look at my PW cookbook and find some new dishes to make.

The Crash Hot Potatoes are awesome! My daughter begs me to make them. I also like her spaghetti and meatballs recipe and pasta alla Marlboro Man.

We love to take either of these camping with us. I like to use the oven in the winter so it also heats up the coach!! I also make her spaghetti. I've learned a lot of tips from her so I'm sure I incorporate a lot of her recipes into my own cooking now. I used to tape her show on various channels

Her Rigatoni and Meatballs is Ah-Mazing!
Admittedly, it was the go to spaghetti sauce recipe when we were eating meat. It does take awhile to make. But, so, so, so worth the effort.
I'll edit when I find out which cookbook it is from.

Texas sheet cake (minus the pecans)
I adapted the sauce she uses for her lasagna for my spaghetti sauce.
