I want to add some things to my Lee Drummond Pinterest. What’s your favorite? And what is that baked spaghetti recipe she has that someone here mentioned a while back?

The Chocolate Cream Pie. It is the best pie I've ever made.

Chicken tortilla soup. I don’t add the tortillas. It’s a favorite with everyone in my house.

Love, love, love her sesame noodles - I add chicken and veggies to make it a meal (and I make 1.5x the sauce when I do that). I also love that it takes less than 20 minutes to pull it together. The only changes I make to the recipe is to use 3T of canola oil - 4T made it a bit too oily - and I use Siracha instead of the hot chili oil.

We love her herbed potatoes (like scalloped potatoes but 400000 x better) and the green bean casserole.

She has a Brisket recipe we love. Not sure what the official name is but she makes it in a big foil roasting pan and lets it marinate a long time and then cook in the oven for several hours. It's delicious and we've had it for Christmas and Easter dinner instead of a roast or ham or turkey because we like it so much better.

I always make her chicken spaghetti and mashed potatoes. We also really like her chili recipe. I have like 4 of her cookbooks and have used them quite a bit.

Her sweet potato casserole is a tradition at Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's just so good! (I think she calls it Soul Sweet Taters)

Penne a la Betsy. I change it up a bit. Dh is kind of picky so I use chicken instead of shrimp and add mushrooms. I also add some shredded parmesan cheese in the sauce. We all LOVE it.

Ranch Chicken If you are feeling heathy, just the marinade is almost just as good (everything is better with bacon!) I usually don't serve with a bun--just the breast. Beef and Snow Peas I add julienned carrots and this is our favorite recipe when DS isn't home (he's a fan of meat and potatoes.)

If you don’t mind all the butter and cream, her fettuccine Alfredo recipe is great.
Soul sweet taters, my go to side for holidays.
Restaurant style salsa, I could eat it like soup lol
Stuffed mushrooms
Country fried steak

Mine is the Texas Sheet cake, but I was baking it loooong before Pioneer Woman came along (since the late 60's)! I need to check out the Frito Chili Pie though. That sounds like something DH and DD would enjoy.

I've only made the chicken spaghetti and apple dumplings (using store bought crescents). The dumpling recipe is fine with half the butter. I probably like the chicken spaghetti the best, but no one else in my family did because of mushroom aversions.
