I have really cold feet almost every day of the year, but now the fall/winter weather is settling in & my feet are frozen. I'm looking for suggestions that are great socks and really keep them toasty. I've tried Costco socks & they were awful. Not warm & wore out so quickly. I've thought about heated socks, but at close to $40 a pair, not really practical for everyday use. Anyone have some tried & true great warm sock suggestions? Just a side note, I can't wear men's socks, my feet are too small.

Bare feet socks are pretty warm if you get the right kind.
What about insulated shoes?

Use a heated foot pad/pillow with socks on so the socks soak up the heat.

You could also try something like this: www.amazon.com/Trapping-Insulated-Heated-Thermal-Weather/dp/B06Y5PRWXT/ref=sr_1_41?ie=UTF8&qid=1509851313&sr=8-41&keywords=womens+wool+socks

I know how you feel. My feet get like this every fall through spring and if your feet are freezing the rest of you is. I've have a pair of Smartwool socks that I really like. Other than that I usually wear bamboo socks and my Dansko clogs and I'm okay. If it's freezing cold outside (to me that's 40 degrees F and below) than I'll wear the bamboo socks and boots. I don't know where you are but here in Maryland we have mild days and freezing days in winter. If you'd like to look at Smartwool socks a great place to check out a great variety is socksaddict.com I've also heard that the brand Darn Tough is good too. Bamboo socks don't really keep you warm and the problem with them is they wear out quickly.
I spend a lot of time at home and when I'm home I wear a pair of Ugg boots inside the house. Those keep my feet really warm. The last two pair I bought were knockoffs but with shearling inside. One was from LLBean the last pair I got was from Goodwill. I lucked out when I found those!

I know you said you've tried Costco socks, but were they the wool ones? That's all I wear from about sept 15-may15.

A paraffin foot wax works wonders. The heat really gets into your feet. There are two kinds. The kind where you dip your feet in the bath and the kind that spas use where you kind of slide your foot into a paraffin "boot". Both are online.

I bought some mohair socks at REI (Balega is the brand) and they are wonderful. I wore them yesterday to my DD' snowy soccer game and they kept my toes warm.

I use my hair dryer to warm up my feet before putting my socks on. If my feet are cold my whole body is cold.

My get don't get cold at work because I'm up and down all the time, but at home and in the car they're freezing. I wear Uggs boots and slippers all winter. My feet love the shearling.

I splurged with birthday money and these Ugg slippers are the best thing I have ever had to keep my feet warm and be comfy at the same time. So glad I bought them!!

I'm in uggs nonstop too.
This slippers are the jam. I have a couple of team members who ask for them for incentives every winter and wear them so much they wear them out.
