I love cheese, any and all cheeses. I will often try different specialty or gourmet cheeses just to try them. But my favorite "everyday" cheese is Cabot. I love their Seriously Sharp, their Extra Sharp, their Pepper Jack, their Horseradish, etc, etc, etc.
My state also has a big artisan Cheese industry now so I try to check out some of those whenever possible.
Do you have a specific brand that you normally buy and is it a local brand?

My favorite cheese in the whole world is Meredith Dairy Marinated Goat Cheese. OMG they are little cubes of heaven. I am also rather partial to a triple brie, any brand as long as it is ooey gooey and creamy. My favorite every day cheese is Great Ocean Road (local to my state) Cheddar. I only buy it in the block, not pre-shredded - I like my cheese without wood pulp and cellulose thanks! And after proclaiming myself as a cheese snob on the other grilled cheese thread, I will now admit that I occasionally love a big fat chunk of Kraft blue box cheddar!

My store had Stilton with cranberries that I’ve been eating for dessert this week. It’s delicious!
I love a smoked sharp cheddar. And also a good Brie. Boar’s Head makes the very best feta.
We had a goat’s milk Brie a while back that I’ve never been able to find again. It was delicious!

edam is a sentimental favourite - I've loved it since I was small.
Aldi's often has some great cheeses - they have a cranberry one at the moment that is excellent
Cabot Vermont Extra Sharp or Seriously Sharp is DD11's absolute favourite cheese - we toured their factory this summer and got to taste test a bunch of different ones.
DD17 loves butterkase from Aldis and Cabot's Farmhouse Reserve White and Alpine
When DS still lived at home - we would buy 1 or 2 different cheeses each week to try out but the girls and DH aren't as adventurous so I don't do that as much now.

We have a camp about 5 miles from the Cabot Creamery and I love to stop in and buy my cheese there whenever I can...just so I can do a couple of rounds of their samples.

My favorite cheeses are smoked Gouda and havarti, but honestly I haven't tried many cheeses I didn't like. I can only take cheese in small doses so have learned to eat slowly and savor the flavor.

I really love this cheese from Trader Joe's. It's a toscana cheese soaked in Syrah! So good.
Cracker Barrel has some good sliced everyday cheese, too.

The only brand of cheese I️ buy is Ski Queen gjetost—a Norwegian goat cheese, because it’s the only Norwegian goat cheese I’ve seen around here. Otherwise, I’m more focused on the type of cheese-soft vs hard, mild vs sharp etc.

My Mom LOVED brie! It was always around with loads of that stuff Oh and Gouda, my dad loved it being from Holland. We'd eat it on bread with just butter. I like almost everything else. Dh always teases me and hands me a bag of shredded cheese or slices and says 'here do you own' cause I always like a lot! lol! We do get the Tillamook slices from Costco. It has four different kinds.

I'm from Vermont so Cabot is beloved. I love any really sharp cheddar, really. Also love lots of Trader Joe's different cheeses. Their caramelized onion cheddar is a current favorite.

I don't have a brand, but one of the foods that I miss the most is Gouda and Edam cheese from Holland. It's so yummy and creamy.

I love all cheese except Limburger. I went on a mission to find it once and was so disappointed. I never thought there would be a cheese too smelly for me!
My current favorites are Trader Joe's caramelized onion cheddar and Beecher's Flagship which is a mix of cheddar and alpine (Swiss, Gruyere) cultures.

Cheese. I just like cheese. In almost all forms. It's almost easier to say what I don't like such as plastic orange singles. At one point the theater I volunteer with had a Cabot sponsorship. That was dangerous. After receptions, we'd have so much yummy cheese!

Love love ❤️ 💕 cheese! My favorite snack (dinner!)
Love me some smoked Gouda!
Triple cream Brie—YES!!!!!
I take local honey and spice it with a pinch of nutmeg and a big pinch of 🌶 (sriracha powered spice) warm the honey and add chopped walnuts and pour over the Brie—oh my gosh so YUM!
I love ❤️ sharp cheddars but if I eat them late at night I get horrible migraines.
I could eat (often do!!!) fresh mozzarella everyday for breakfast or lunch —we make sandwiches with big slices of fresh mozzarella a basil/olive oil dressing we make and a toasted ciabatta
Also very fond of Asiago the harder kind, shaved thin and put on my fresh veggie sandwich. There was a small gourmet grocery on the island we would vacation on several times a year and the owner insisted on my sandwiches having the cheese since I didn’t ever want meat on my sandwich, I’ve loved it ever since (over 20 years)

I was travelling and I tried a honeyed goat cheese from Piedmont. Best cheese I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I can’t get it here. One of my favourites that I can get is Niagara Gold.
