I am scrapping today but the mojo is slow.
I was looking through my last 10 or so layouts and noticed I am on a faux stitch/outline and tag WITH TWINE lol kick again.
What are y'all into lately? What is making a comeback on your most recent pages/projects?

I have been putting together fall pages, so lots of autumn colours. Used paint and stickles and metallic gold and copper Nuvo drops to accent. Also a few metallic papers. I always want to add texture to fall pages as well, so have used wood veneer and burlap and jute twine for that.
On my Christmas cards, I am drawn lately to white-on-white designs, and have attempted a few, providing depth with dry embossing and diecut clusters. I am never as happy with mine as the ones I have pinned on Pinterest, but a girl can try...

I bought a banner punch (two tiny punches actually) so banners are in a bunch of my recent layouts.
I downloaded a clipboard die cut, I've used it once to journal about my dd's track season on a layout and have plans to use it more often...it seems to lend itself to checklist/bullet point style journaling.
Washi tape has appeared in quite a few layouts lately.
I try to stamp at least something on every layout, I don't always remember but it helps to use my stamps and I almost always like the extra touch.
Lots of handdrawn outlinining and fake stitching, I should do some real stitching...
handwritten journaling, almost always.

I've just been really into scrapping lately! We celebrated my 40th b-day in May with a surprise trip to Chicago, so I have all those pics I am working on! Lots of industrial city feel to those pages. Using lots of blue, gray, and black and white with those photos because it matches a lot of them.
And like Grammadee, using lots of fall colors right now on other things! Which is kinda funny because they aren't really my favorite. But, something about this time of year makes me want to use orange, red, rusty brown etc.!

Unfortunately I'm still working on my Christmas cards... which I started in August! I think I've got about 15 left to do and then I can finally use some of the things I've been buying - Nuvo Gilding Flakes, glitter paste, numerous dies from Ali... I'm getting excited just thinking about it!!

My last 4 layouts all have white, green, pink, blue, and yellow; handwritten journaling; and sticker/thicker styled alpha used for or in the title. Otherwise nothing else is the same. However, I will say I was just working with a couple of kit packs where those colors are prominent, thus the photos stuck in the kit to use went with them. I'm turning my attention to cards now.

Since I'm working on Christmas cards, it's all things shiny and glittery.

I haven't used them yet but I will be as soon as I'm done my cards.

All of these things sound like so much fun.
I, too, am all into the fall colors but that is because they are my favorite. Although I didn't buy much this year in that theme as in years past but my 'old' stuff is amazing to use.
I just broke out a Scrapbook Generation kit (one of my go to techniques when the mojo is slow as molasses) and completed a 2 pager (something else I don't do) of ME! (another thing I don't do often) woohooo!
Now it is time go get dinner going. I hope to scrap more as we have a lull in BMX season, which means more time at home!

Dies for my Big Shot. I’ve been cutting felt, chipboard and patterned paper for projects though, not scrapping. I’ve also been using German glass glitter and embossed foil Dresden diecuts on snowflake rosettes, so pretty!

Tiny attacher staples. Stamping into card stock and cutting around it to use in my PL on top of photos. Chipboard and ephemera pieces from citrus twist.

Clear embossing over inked sentiments and icons as titles for typed out journal cards. I need to use those darn Brilliance dew drops I have sleeping in my stash! ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/Q_m8lDOvc_3Le3r1GKdf.jpg)

I am so impressed with all you ladies that do cards! I hope they all come out amazing. I am NOT a card maker. But I sure do cherish my homemade ones, for I know the work, thought and love(and sometimes frustration) that goes into them.
Ooohh I need to use my cameo, big shot and embossing powders more but I am not a glitter type girl (unless it is already embedded in a product).
I have also been into "staggering" my titles.....they used to always have to be straight....not so much lately. Hmmmm.
