I like this one: 68/ In my opinion—which is speculation—Flynn has a formalized plea agreement, accepted by the court AFTER Yate’s May testimony. Flynn’s dealings w Trump attorneys since then (all summer), place Trump attorneys in grave legal peril, and subject Trump to direct criminal liability. |

I'm glad she cleaned up the comments from others and posted in a streamlined thread, but there were also good comments from other attorneys in the JD. Fascinating read and even in laymens terms, I had to go back and reread parts to fully understand. She said a couple of times that it seems to go to the top with Trump knowing but they have to carefully reel in all involved with an airtight case before reaching the main target. |
