We usually do a Secret Santa with the other four girls in my office but for whatever reason we are not this year. I want to do a little something for each one I'm closer to some than others. Anyone have any cute ideas?

I once made snow globes using small jars for my husband's co-workers. I made the gift card stand up in it by hot gluing to the lid with a few little snowmen, etc. It was a big hit. Just be sure to scratch the code stuff off the back so they can use it. I've seen snow globe tutorials all over Pinterest.

Fuzzy socks filled with candy, lip balm, gift card etc. and tied together with a big bow.

Sally beauty supplies has a really cute tweezers and nail file, they're 99 cents each, they look like women with shopping and Christmas gifts. I bought a bunch of sets and the lady who works there said her friends love getting them and ask for different ones each year. They're great stocking stuffers at least :-)

I got them each a foaming hand soap from bath and body works and will also put a bag of chocolate with it. Simple.

It depends on your budget, but I usually buy colleagues and staff either movie theatre gift cards, bottle of wine, or tim horton's (starbucks) gift cards. Then I 'buy' my team a goat or something from world vision. Charging cords can also be great little appreciated gifts. I don't personally buy gender-specific gifts for any of my colleagues or staff. You might want to reconsider "office girls". It felt like a "Mad Men" typist pool throwback term . If I referred to any of the women I work with, including (especially!) admins, I'd be drop-kicked. Or reported to HR. No, drop-kicked then reported to HR. And depending on the woman, drop-kicked again just for good measure.

Costco has a multi-pack of Crabtree and Evelyn hand creams right now, I think there's 6? I would probably grab those and tie a little bow on each one. I wouldn't do anything more because it then gets awkward and they may feel obligated to get you something. Keep it small.

I would appreciate a nice calendar for my office or home. Maybe that might be an idea for a gift.

Blankets?
One year I did mason jars of the dry ingredients for beer bread, a can of beer, and set them in a holiday ceramic loaf pan. They were a hit.

It was definetly more of an endearment. I am close to them, some more than others....some are friends outside the office
