I would be nice if there were peas living close enough to scrap together. I need a pea here to put my stamps and dies together. I’m exhausted just to think about it. I get worn out just showering and getting dressed. I had a bit of energy yesterday to make a card. I’d like to make another one today.

I live in Nebraska. I'm lucky that there are regular crops around town throughout the year and that I have friends that scrap, so if I want to scrap with others, it can be done.

I am sorry you are feeling so bad. Hugs. I live in mid Michigan. I do one crop annually with my mom, sister, and friends. We rent a retreat for a weekend. Most of the time I craft alone.

The Villages, Florida...I scrap by myself. The days of great stores and fun crops seem to be over sadly.

Can't be much help to you from up here in western Canada! Wouldn't be much help anyway with sorting and cleaning. I am more of a "mess up your space" kinda crop buddy. I know it's hard not to stress about things not being quite at the place you wanted them to be, jstblondie, but you really need to let that go and just focus on resting and getting better. There will be lots of time next year to finish getting organized!

i am in florida about 1/2 hour north of west palm. Lived in NYC for 40 years so i know the feeling of being in a big city and feeling isolated, but really, there are very few scrappers or card-makers here either, as far as i can tell. THere IS a crop company about 45 min away but i prefer to crop at home, especially since i started making cards--it just seems easier. But if there were Peas around, i would DEFINITELY want to crop with them!!!

San Diego. We have a couple of retreat houses in Fallbrook that are awesome. Gather at the Hive and Scrap Inn Too. The Hive has a 9 to 9 crop once a month on a Saturday. I love being around other scrappers again!

Chicago here.
I feel like STL can't be all that bad for scrapping — they have one of the scrapbook expos there every year just over the border in Illinois.

I wish I was able to help you I live in the area, on the Illnois side, 35 miles from stl, but with my disabilities, I don't leave the house often. Maybe a miracle will happen and I'll start feeling better! Please take it easy, you've been through a lot!!

St. Louis, MO here too...Ballwin to be exact. I’m going on a 3-4 day crop mid January. It’s a lot of fun and you could probably get in still. I seldom post but if you know how to contact me, please do and I’ll hook you up to the person in charge. Where exactly do you live?

Me too! After scrapping at home alone for many years, I recently went on a 3 day retreat which has now led to me going to a 6pm-12am crop once a month. It really makes a difference - I have tidied my room, sorted photos and paper and now have a nice selection of page kits made up ready to go. Because I journal on the computer and use my Silhouette for titles and embellishments, I usually spend the evening designing pages and sticking down paper and photos. Now I have two piles at home- one for journaling and one for adding all the final touches! Corinne

Well, darn. I understand that Scrapbook Generation in Springfield, MO is awesome. I bet you could have lots of scrapping buddies there or go to a crop but it looks like it’s 3+ hours from you. I am in NC by the way.
