I just received my boxes and went through every item. I was only missing Young at Heart Stationery Kit which they also messaged me about when my order was delivered. I'm thrilled that the stamps I really wanted were accounted for. I truly hope you all get your stuff soon! dawnnikol How fast did you get your order once it shipped?

I was going mad yesterday, when sorting my new stamps. I always look for the digitals for reference but they are so awfully unorganized that it took forever to beat the wheel of doom. It took me over an hour to get to the end of the list, especially as one needs to go through everything in the digi-section because -of course- the digi-stamps are not all nicely listed under the respective tab!!! It just shows the lack of interest they have in having a 'workable' shop, this digital part of the shop could be so so easily organized! Sorry, just had to vent... and yes the stamps are all organized now.

I received the same email . . . two hours after receiving an email with a tracking number telling me it had shipped. I'm not sure which is more reflective of reality, but I am patient. It was 45 minutes, exactly, after I got that shipping e-mail, that I got a shipping notification! Wacky!

So I finally got a shipping notice last night 1/11 it is due to arrive on 1/19. Granted I live in Washington state, but what slow cattle train is it coming on that it will take 8 days to get here?

The mailman delivered my sale box He also delivered my credit card bill A combination of happiness and deflation all at once! Of course I opened the box first and then the bill. I guess I'm an amateur - my box weighed in at just over 8 lbs. I've never ordered from Studio Calico therefore all of the products are new to me. Everything is so pretty! I'm glad I placed an order. I'm actually very happy with the shipping. Whenever there is a big sale on anything I don't expect a package on the doorstep the next day or even the next week. I've tried three "new to me" companies during 2017 - Pinkfresh, Evalicious and Studio Calico online (years ago I had bought some Studio Calico from Archivers). Thanks ladies! I still have to go through everything and make sure it's all there.

At first the tracking number was listed as invalid so I waited a few hours, checked again and the same number worked.

Mine still says active but I received a shipping notice. I placed two orders, one large order and then a smaller one. The weight is only 1.8 lbs so now I’m worried they didn’t send anything from my first order. I’m in California and it always takes a week for my SC orders to get here. I’m not feeling too great about the outcome at this point.

I'm an idiot.
I got my box. No planner and no communication. I did get the refills. Why would I want the refills if I didn't get the planner? I ordered that planner early on the first day. It was up several days after I bought it. In addition to not getting it, I also got zero communication about it.
I requested a return label and a full refund. They can have the whole box back.
It's my own fault. I'm an idiot- but rest assured, I won't fall for it again.

I just received my box of goodies and everything is accounted for. I'm happy I was able to get all the stamp sets I had been wanting for such a great price. I bought a fuse tool as well I can't wait to start using it.

Still crickets here Same here, and it will be quittin’ time soon in Bowling Green. Monday is a holiday and Tuesday the AE kits will start shipping. I don’t think my package will ever ship!

Well, I decided to just disputed through PayPal. I remembered I didn’t want them having my CC and used PayPal.
PayPal requires that you send an email through their system. Low and behold when click email it comes up as april@studiocalico.com. We are headed to an NBA game and have about an hour drive so I had nothing better to do in the car.
This is what I sent:
Before disputing all the charges from the mega sale, I need to give you an opportunity (via PayPal rules) to help me. I purchased the first item, planner, early on the first day of the sale. I ordered the planners and refills. I paid the $10 shipping charge. That planner was on the website available for purchase for several days following my purchase. Since I had placed an order with the high shipping charge and it wasn’t going to go out until after the sale ended, I placed a few additional small orders. Today I received my order and the planner is not in there. Although someone thinks I would want the refills without the planner.
I know people who ordered it after me and received it. It is not my fault that your inventory system is terrible and cannot stop selling merchandise when it is gone.
As I’m sure you are aware of, Studio Calico and the questionable business practices of SC are frequently discussed on the Two Peas Refugees message board-a board that is actually thriving- and it should be concerning to you that people often wonder “what’s going to be in their box.”
I ordered a planner that should have been set aside in your system. Instead, you sold that same planner many times over, collecting shipping and other orders people felt compelled to place since they already paid your shipping.
You cannot sell the same thing over and over again. That’s fraud.
I would like a return label and I will send the entire box back. If I do not receive a label and then a full refund, I will dispute with PayPal.

Nothing here and I am waiting on a convo response. In contrast I have received 2 orders from scrapbook dot com in the same time frame I have waited for my SC order to ship. Sigh.

They should issue you a full refund and let you keep the rest - heaven knows they certainly don’t want it back given the prices they had marked to get rid of stuff!

Two 24lb gigantic boxes of stuff arrived at 6pm. It’s 8pm and I just finished going through it. While I can’t complain because I only spent 150.00 - I have to say that the quality of the materials (I quit my sc sub in 2014) is horrible compared to what it used to be. No wonder times are tough over there - the obvious cutting of corners is very sad.

I appreciate the offer to send me a planner. My latest "conversation" response (which really ignored what I was saying) said they would check the "reserve stock" they hold back. What?
I also mentioned that they never issued a refund, so they sold the planner I paid for to someone else, have extras laying around that apparently they just don't send out, and then do not issue refunds.
I know I'm an idiot... but seriously.

I forgot to update, got my full complete order on Monday (mine shipped on the 26th) tracking never did work, turns out they sent me the link for UPS and it actually came USPS/Canada Post. 🙄

I have been sitting here wondering why I haven’t heard anything yet, and realized I still had my old email address in my account! I hadn’t purchased anything from them in about 6 or 7 years, and I paid with PayPal. At least my address is all correct! I just messaged them explaining and asking for an update. I guess it will just be a big surprise when mine arrives!
