I'm going to join in this year as much as I can!
Jan goals
- Finish the last bits of 2017 album
- Order albums for 2018
- Do my 2018 title page rather than leaving it til the end of this new year like I have done previously!
- Do a stock check and order what I need - photo paper, instax paper etc.

This thread was so helpful to me last year. I certainly didn't accomplish every thing on my list each month but it helped me focus on what needed to get done.
January goals:
1) Finish and send cards for the December Cards for a Cause (these will go out tomorrow!) - 20 cards done!
2) Make and send cards for the January Cards for a Cause - total made to date - 24, many more to go
3) Make and send cards for the January Ronald McDonald House - 20 cards mailed!
4) Replenish my stash of birthday, thank you and thinking of you cards - 6 birthday cards added
5) Work on December TN
6) Take pictures, record stories for January TN
7) Put together a "Books I've Read" TN and start using it

I want to try to join this year as one of my goals for 2108 is finding time for ME aka relaxing more aka creating something at least 3-4 times a week!
So in January:
1. Purge/refresh my memory on my paper stash (it is a bit out of hand) and donate to the kids school/art department
2. Refresh my memory on stamps (goal to use stamps or silhouette on every 3 or so layout so this needs to be done)
3. Gather up all the online courses I have purchased and not finished into one file on my computer
4. CREATE-start and finish those Christmas layouts from this year as they are my least favorite and then I can move on to something else.

Figure out if I can do project life for January. I haven’t done it before so I’m just wondering if it will work for me. I’m going to give it a whirl.

Glad I found this thred, I need more focus and accountability.
1. Send 2015 pictures to Costco for printing, almost done.
2. Edit at least 6 months of 2016 photos.
3. Do 1 layout a week.

I'm going to keep my January goals pretty simple since I've had a very hard time scrapping lately.
- take 30 min to organize my room better
- purge as necessary
- read class info
- start a page (or more!)weekly

You are all very inspiring...and ambitious! I think my goals will be a bit more modest, but I do have a few things I want to get done. First, I want to clean off my desk so that, even if nothing else gets done in my room, I can start to work in my scrap room again. As the month goes on, I want to commit to taking "everyday" photos with the intention of doing a monthly Project Life layout this year. Finally, I want to complete at least one of the monthly challenges here so I am making progress towards my current travel album project.

- do a few layouts for my 90s travel album
- scan some more old travel photos I’m not going to scrap so I can get rid of the originals.

I'm going to keep it simple, too.
- Edit, print Nov, Dec photos
- Finish 2017 pages (pocket style, caught up through Oct)
- Tackle 2 card kits that I didn't get to last fall
- Make Valentine cards
Now that I look at it, not quite so simple. I'd better get busy cleaning up the Christmas card mess.

My January goals are:
1. Begin OLW
2. Begin PL
3. Finish December Daily
4. Start organizing scrap room and start a box for purging supplies
5. Make a Birthday card for my brother
6. Make a "Congrats on your new baby" card for my niece (due any day now!) and a Congrats grandparents' card for my brother and his wife
That's a lot, but I don't expect to finish it all, just starting is good for me. I'll put off the scrap room cleaning if I have to, the other 5 items are priorities.

I decided to eat the ugliest frog and start with uploading a ton of pictures and going through all of them to pick the ones I want to scrap. They're on my flash drive and ready to edit. I don't know if uploading and looking through all of them or editing is the ugliest frog. I hate this part of the process and I'm all caught up on my podcasts so I'm going it alone. Such problems, right?  |

Elsabelle - I ate the ugliest frog also and ordered July-December 2010 photos as well as the last couple from 2017...took a couple of hours and I didn't edit. BUT it's done! and the order should be here sometime between the 11th and the 15th. I have another two (smaller - I think, I hope) orders due in on the 8th or 9th so I really need to buckle down and scrap some of the photos on my desk before then. Looked at the order confirmations - I have 497 photos coming between the three orders

I’m going to try to start slow in January as well, due to my #1. 1. Get over this damn flu. I haven’t gotten the flu in many years, but my husband and I both got it after Christmas. So getting where I actually feel like scrapping is my number one goal. 2. Create title page for 2018 PL. 3. Wrap up December 2017. 4. Stay current in January 2018 PL. 5. Start on my OLW album and planner. I got a Happy Planner and I want to journal in it a little every day, incorporating my OLW. I’m not going to stress about getting December finished while I’m not well. |

I'm going to start slow, in order to get it done and be encouraged to do more over the next months:
- keep up-to-date with this years photos
- edit and print missing photos from travel album (I just sorted all the pics I got back and noticed I forgot to edit some - argh)
- work on and finish travel album

I will join in to try and stay accountable and use some stash. My January goals will be as follows:
- get craft room organized (we moved last week and I am still working on getting everything put away and set in the right spots)
- finish 2017 PL (we were traveling for several weeks and then we moved so I am behind)
- Start 2018 PL
- Make a baby album for a friend. She is having a baby and I bought the PL baby boy cards and will make her a small album where she can just add the photos later.
