You all helped me with the dress (thanks!) So I thought I'd share the pics. Please don't judge me too hard (who am I kidding, I know where I am. lol) 1 year, lost 77.5 pounds. Logging all my food in My Fitness Pal (about 98% of the time), exercising 5-6 days a week, more 6 than 5. I now do IF every day 16:8 and still log everything. I also do frequent Extended Fasts (about 2 a month). I lost 13% body fat, 33 inches, went down a cup size and 2 band sizes on my bra, went down two ring sizes (which is a huge PITA), I have around 50 pounds left to go - guessing. I'm not sure. I'll know when I get there. I'd like to be there by late summer. Next goal is 15 pounds by the time my son gets married in early March. Hoping this dress will still fit then. It fits perfect now. (except it needs hemmed)  |

You know what's funny, I was working out before so physically, I feel about the same. I can work out harder now though, and don't get winded as quickly. Still can't run (don't really want to badly though hah). I have been able to cut back on my BP meds by half. I have to take meds for gerd which I hope will clear itself up in the next year so I can get rid of that. The one I have to take can cause osteoporosis. |
