The cat peed in mine and I need a new one. I'd had it for 5+ years. I just use it for swimming and going to the gym.
Anything that works especially well for you?

When my boys were on the swim team they used mesh bags like this. We liked them because if DS forgot his wet swimsuit in it, because the bag has holes, the suit would dry vs get stinky.

Tide has pods that take odors out of clothes. It really works well.

Wash it with oxiclean, I swear it is the best for that.
I don't go to the gym anymore, prefer to work out at home, but when I did I had just some Adidas bag I got at TJ Maxx. Nothing fancy.

I tried to get it clean. I sprayed it with nature's miracle, let it dry, sprayed again, let it dry, then washed it twice. Nothing. I tried oxyclean stain remover and that didn't work either. It's almost as strong as it was originally. So I really do need a new one. I hadn't thought of TJ Maxx, I was looking online and not seeing anything cheap that I liked.

I use a backpack made for the gym. There are special pockets for shoes since I change them at the gym. There's a pocket on the front for my water bottle too.

Mine was a freebie from a bookstore years ago- it's still holding up- not too big-not too small.

I have an awesome Sherpani gym bag. I do deep water fitness. It's perfect to hold my clothes and towel with loads of pockets for toiletries. I love all my Sherpani bags. This gym bag will be my carry-on next month when we go to Disneyland. But, unfortunately I don't find it available anywhere currently. Sherpani gym bag

No answer for you but my cat did the same thing.
I threw it away.
I'm "thinking" (trying to get motivated) of joining a gym so I will need to get another one if I can get my butt in gear to get there.

Don't laugh: I actually use a Vera Bradley diaper bag. It has lots of pockets and the inside is laminated so you can put in your sweaty gym clothes .

I use a gym bag that my husband got from his work. It fits perfectly in the locker at the gym. I had been looking at Vera Bradley bags, but the cheapest one was $ 50 and I just didn't want to spend that much.
