Can you believe this is the very last challenge of 28-4-28? I hope you've enjoyed playing along with us this month, I've loved seeing everything you've created. So for the very last This or That challenge simply choose one item from each pair to use on your page or project. Don't have either of the options in your stash? Substitutions are welcome! Prefer to scrap in a simpler style? Choose a smaller number of pairs from the below list to make your project. Ready to finish with a bang? Your page should include: - PL style cards or paper scraps
- just one colour or all the colours
- typed journaling or your handwriting
- tags or labels
- wood veneer or enamel dots
- hearts or stars
I used the following on my page: PL style cards or paper scraps just one colour or all the colours typed journaling or your handwriting tags or labelswood veneer or enamel dots hearts or stars (and yes, I've fixed the order of the journaling strips!)  that snail is looking at me

Oh wow Chinagirl828 that is a stunning LO and I think you read my mind, I was just thinking last night that I should pull out some PL cards and get using them! That spotty yellow one is fab and your LO is just beautiful! Thanks for all the challenges, I've really enjoyed the This or That ones!  |

Thanks for this challenge, Chinagirl828 , and ALL the fun challenges this month! Won't get to this one today, (have some pic's and supplies chosen for an earlier challenge I missed) but hoping to get to it in the next few days. Will leave some love for this pretty sample page in the Gallery. woodysbetty , I LOVE the greens and golds and all the other colours in your page! Loving all the COLOUR on both these pages! Looking out my window at snow on the ground and at my computer screen there is SPRING! |

I did it! Every daily challenge done, a layout every day in February! I wish I could be so regimented with a diet & exercise regime hahaha! I won't know what to do with myself tomorrow! woodysbetty so quick again! And wow, your embellishing is amazing! I love sandal weather too I cheated as well. Honestly, it's like some kind of addiction, I had to add a Nuvo border but I'd already used wood veneer. I've no self control when it comes to Nuvos! I used PL cards, all the colours (lets face it, I was always going to choose that option), tags/labels, well I picked some Bella Blvd. Tabbies and then the phrase stickers that are like a Dymo labeller. Wood veneer and then I cheated and used enamel dots too and stars. There is a title saying 'shine on' on there, it's not showing up very well though. It's snowing pretty hard here and the light is pants!  |

kiwigirl - wish I had your talent with color...that page is awesome!! I bet your whole life is bright and fun!! The sandal card stood out to me because we just got back..it was 85 in Florida and is 45 here in Maryland...miss the weather already! Might push me to fully retire sooner than I thought!!

kiwigirl - wish I had your talent with color...that page is awesome!! I bet your whole life is bright and fun!! The sandal card stood out to me because we just got back..it was 85 in Florida and is 45 here in Maryland...miss the weather already! Might push me to fully retire sooner than I thought!! Oh man, I wish my life was bright and fun! Not so much unfortunately. But we plod along don't we. I am always so much happier when I am wearing sunglasses & flip flops! I don't know about FL though, I've been there twice, both times in June/July/August and I actually wondered why people lived there? It must be lush there now though. Be great to live there Oct-April and then go somewhere not quite so hot & humid lol! I can't keep up with the weather here, it's bright and sunny one minute and then snowing like billy-oh the next. I'm getting whiplash trying to keep up with it! |

As for Florida, I'm not sure either if I can live there so we are planning another visit during the hotter months. I worry if the humidity will break me down. My DH is ready...he loves the lifestyle of The Villages which is a very active 55 and over community. I am less certain, which is so typical of both of us! |

i chose paper scraps, just one color (plus black/white), handwriting, wood veneer, and stars. i somehow missed the labels or tags bit so skipped them, oops.  |

Chinagirl828 thank you so so much for your fabulous challenges and gorgeous LOs this month!! I have to say, that snail is totally looking at me too, but I’m willing to overlook it because the rest of the page is so gorgeous love the way you’ve embellished! woodysbetty love it! Perfect color scheme and I especially like the lemonade! The journaling in an unexpected color is a fun pop too  kiwigirl gorgeous. Just gorgeous.

Chinagirl828 , I love your layout using cards. The layout really touches my heart because I totally understand the small moments of lucidity that sometimes come with dementia. My mom suffered for years and you perfectly described what little moments we would see. Thanks for sharing such a special moment with us. Thank you for wonderful challenges this month. woodysbetty , you are so fast at getting your ideas on paper. I love the divided page and the pretty yellow. I love your cluster with the drink and straw. Every inch is just perfect. It makes me want sandal weather. You do beautiful pages. stinkerbelle , I love what you did with the spatters. Your glitter title couldn't be more perfect. I love the little bunny and all the various stars. Such a sweet photo and page. I love your doodles along the edge too. kiwigirl , I am always so anxious to see what you have done with the challenge. I love your colored stripes and the cards layered on the black background. So pretty and dramatic. I love your Nuvo dots that perfectly match the stripes on your layout. Simply wonderful! Here is my last one for the month. I can't believe I have kept up and done each challenge. I still have some weekend challenges I can do if I can't stand to leave my scraproom. woodysbetty the yellow is gorgeous and I love how you've mostly kept it one colour with just the little details in all the other colours. It's a beautiful page! kiwigirl I'm not surprised you went with all the colours, it's definitely made your layouts easy to spot while scrolling through the challenge threads this month. I love the pops of colour against the black and the slighty wonky placement of the PL cards. stinkerbelle I really love the black and pink splatters and how perfect the camo paper is for her outfit. All the shades of pink are lovely. nylene Dementia can be tough on family and my grandmother was well and truly gone before she passed away so those little moments were so surprising and wonderfully normal. Your layout is lovely, and I've left you some praise in the gallery.

Here is mine:  showtime 2 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr It is the second page for one I did for Challenge #20. I used the scraps from that page, so used up all the full pieces of pp, sort of stuck to one colour (shades of blue with some black), have some handwritten journaling and a couple of sticker labels, enamel dots, and stars. Thanks for this and all your challenges, Chinagirl828! It adds one more layer of fun to a totally enjoyable experience. |

I chose : PL card, All colors, handwritten journalling, labels, wood veneer & hearts. This is a traditional layout. This is totally out of my comfort zone- very busy everywhere- both in the photos & in the papers & in the embellies. But I think it works considering the subject.
