I have been out of the loop for awhile, due to some life events that have made it difficult to find joy in scrapbooking. But I'm trying to make a conscious decision to focus on the good even if it all seems bad right now, and get back the joy of scrapbooking.
So I'm starting with shopping! I need some lines for my Teenage DD and DS. Everything I currently have seems too cutesy and I haven't purchased anything new in almost over a year! Any suggestions?

There was a line from Bella Blvd called Addison for teen girls and I am sure there was a boy line too. They were last year though so I don't know if they'll still be around? The Crate Paper Good Vibes line is one of my favourites lately, it's not teen themed but it's bright colours and I could imagine it might work for teens. And check out Pinkfresh Studios, they do some cool stuff that's a bit different than the norm and might fit a teenage boy more. Happy shopping and I hope getting back to scrapping brings you some joy. We've just done a month of challenges on this board and it definitely bought me back to finding the joy in just scrapping for the sake of making a pretty page!

Echo Park is on sale on scrapbook.com and they have Fashionista and Just be You for teen girls and Boy Cousin for boys. Photoplay Freestyle for boys and Like a Girl and Fun with Friends for girls, Pink Paislee Wild Child might work for a younger teen boy and Bella Boulevard Alex
I theme scrap so I don't usually get specific age group, more whatever thing they are doing.

Pinkfresh has some good things for teens:
Boys Fort Escape the Ordinary A Case of the Blahs Let your Heart Decide
Pink Paislee has some things that work for teen girls, but I think it works best to mix and match their things to get what you specifically like. Ditto for Amy Tangerine.
Fancy Pants Take Note is a recent school themed line that can work for teens.
Enjoy getting back to scrapping time!!

Ok, just added both of these to my cart at scrapbook.com! Love them! I saw the challenges going on and think it's awesome all the pages that where done! I'm thinking of doing either Calvin ball for March or Nicole Jones month long class she is doing to force myself back into it. I'm also contemplating an all day scrap event a few hours away this weekend. Thanks for the input!!

I love the Felicity Jane papers for my teenage daughters, they seem to work really well with all our pictures. Glad you're finding some things to buy and getting back to your scrapbooking. It can be hard when life gets in the way!

So, maybe I should change the title to teenage BOY lines, cause there are a ton of girl ones I love. But for DS, it's so hard cause he's so quite and reserved, nothing fits. He was never a skateboarder, doesn't play a sport, doesn't wear converse, doesn't play a musical instrument anymore... just can't find lots of lines that fit to choose from. My poor neglected middle child, can't even find him scrappy lines!

I would also look at B sides on paper. turn the page paper 19turn the page paper 11TTP paper 5pick me up paper 14pink fresh ETO

The line I love when I'm scrapping the girlie side of my teen and her friends is "girl squad" by pebbles. Yes, it's cute, but the icons apply - donuts, frappucinos, ukelele, phones, birkenstocks, nailpolish, headphones. So very very girlie and icon centred, but not little girl, and it feels like it celebrates their trends.

How about That's my Boy by Echo Park? Many cool space themes out there too--if you only use some elements so they aren't too theme-y. Love the old Cosmo Cricket line The Boyfriend too, but that would be a hunt to find. And if you pick and choose from Boys Fort and Escape the Ordinary you could make something quite cool.

Oh yes, I own just about every boy line put out by echo park, having 2 DS. But have used them to death. I wish they would come out with some new lines like the old Chap line from American crafts! I have used that one so many times, but now I'm down to the last bit. I'm gonna check out your other suggestions!
