how do you know your stores are in the top for selling craft items, 950nancy ? Is there a list somewhere, or something? I think the stores around Phoenix are pretty crappy as far as craft items, or else I'm always way late to the party and the good stuff's already gone by the time I get there. The manager at my north store has mentioned it to me maybe 6 times! She is quite proud of it. The guy at the Pueblo store has also mentioned how they are in the top percentage of craft selling. If you watch YouTube and search Tuesday Morning craft hauls, you might see why you never find much. I swear, some of these ladies must spend $100 a week at each store they visit. There is one store near me that if I’m not there before noon after they get their truck, things are pretty well picked over. I’ve seen people loading every single bit of G45 and other popular items into their carts. Sometimes I act sweetly curious, in hopes they’ll share their haul. I assume they are Ebayers, but maybe they’re just hoarders!

I have a few of the BB lines. I especially love the Secrets of the Sea. Checked out 4 Tuesday Mornings in my area and found some great embellishments to go with that line. The $8 alphabet stickers (too $$$) were $1.99. They are the Wonky alphabets. I may or may not have purchased 20 of them. They also had the puffy hearts in lots of colors for $1.49. I hope my timing's not off, but Peachy Cheap has a secrets of the sea set listed at the time I'm posting this (it's 1130 pm my time, so I am hoping this was just posted, not on its way out). It includes a 6″ x 8″ Paper Pad, Paper Pieces die-cuts, and puffy stickers. (The picture shows a roll of washi tape, too, but not sure if that's included.) $6.99 plus shipping, which is usually $3-5.

I found some really good stuff at one of my TMs today- I didn't need any of it, of course... lol.
They had a lot of different Bo Bunny ephemera packs, some Bella Blvd alphas, etc, and I saw quite a bit of G45-- Cafe Parisian and the horse racing line. So, I was there about an hour altogether digging thru the SB section... I started out looking at the paper, and thought about putting a couple of the G45 6x6 pads into my cart, but I didn't, figuring I'd go thru the rest of the aisle and then decide. By the time I got to the other end of the craft section and decided to go back to get the paper, every one of those 6x6 pads had been snatched out from under me by another shopper! It was my own fault, for not putting one into my cart right away!! LOL!! (No hard feelings, though- the ladies who 'stole' it from me said they were up in Phoenix from a smallish town down very near the AZ / Mexican border, and they don't have a TM there.)

If you sign up for emails, you will get ads and find out when the Truck is coming. You need to be there before noon or people who sell on ebay will scoop everything up. How do they get it out on the shelves so quickly? Do the Trucks come in the middle of the night? I'm pretty confused.

The stores I go to get their trucks once a week, usually on the same day every week.. One gets a truck on Tuesday and items are on the shelves Wednesday morning. The other get their truck on Wednesday and craft items are on the shelves Thursday morning. They put out the big stuff like furniture first and have a crew that comes in before the store opens to stock the rest. It’s different for each store so you might ask at yours. I clearly know way more about this process than I should!

I clearly know way more about this process than I should! haha!! my boyfriend is an OTR truck driver, and a couple of his loads have been Tuesday Morning loads- before he knew me, he had never even heard of Tuesday Morning... last time he told me he was driving a TM load, I said (joking!) that it's too bad there wasn't any way for him to see what was inside it!! (but it was going to a distribution center somewhere in Texas, so you lucky Texans are getting all the good stuff, lol!) ETA: I really just need to ask at the stores around me to find out which day they get their deliveries, and when the stuff gets put out onto the shelves.

How do they get it out on the shelves so quickly? Do the Trucks come in the middle of the night? I'm pretty confused. They get trucks weekly. On occasion they won't, but that's maybe 5 or so weeks per year. Mine know me enough to mention if they aren't getting a truck the following week if they see me. Truck days vary by store. I know people who's stores get their trucks in on Fridays. 2 in my city get them on Mondays and the other 2 get them on Wednesdays. The ads tell you when they have a special sale (usually on Sundays, but sometimes other days). Those items come on their regular trucks but have green price tags instead of white, so they can quickly grab those items and not put them out until the ad sale. Some stores don't really know what they're doing and I've seen posts on Instagram of people finding items from those ad sales up to 2 weeks early because the store put the merchandise out on the sales floor when they shouldn't have. Not every store has people who buy them out to resell the product. I haven't noticed that being a huge issue here (although the Tim Holtz stuff a few months ago vanished rather quickly from the shelves, which was not typical), but I would talk to the staff and ask them when they put stuff out. My stores all seem to agree that they hate the craft area and stock that stuff last. It's all small and time consuming to sort and put out, so I can understand why that's less thrilling than setting up a chair or table that takes all of 5 seconds to do but is the same size as a cart full of craft stuff that takes a few hours over the course of a shift to completely put on the sales floor.

Found Maggie Holmes Carousel 6x8" paper pads (love this size!) for $2.99 today (same price as 6x6 pads). Been wanting one for my Carousel collection, did not expect to see it at TM!

Tuesday Morning (Vancouver, WA), did not have any Bella Blvd today. A store employee was stocking the area, and I peeked in her cart as I walked by and didn't see any either In fact, the selection was rather blah, same old stuff.

My TM (all three of them) got in Graphic 45 today. Each store had about 12 - 16 packs (25 each) of Derby Day. Trying to imagine who would buy 25 of these papers. The backs on some of them were great B sides, but is there that great a need for (horse) Derby paper? I can see why each store got so many of the line.

I love G45 b sides for classic cards. The colors and textures are really nice. Still, I only look for the collection kits and wouldn’t buy a 25 pack of anything but Bazill.

Perhaps I am just in the wrong place (Colorado) for Derby paper.

I got some BB alphas there this weekend, but they were by the pet supplies, not with the other scrapping stuff, which I agree was awful. There was a lot of OLD Studio Calico stuff though, was kind of surprised to see so much of that.

Oh my, I was watching some Jennifer McGuire card videos and stumbled onto last weeks crazy TM haul videos. I hardly get to our TM but the cool dies and stamps they were posting looked awesome. I went and found some BoBunny stamps, some dies and a carousel paper pad. Ours actually had a good bit of dies for sale and several more carousel pads. I was surprised because usually if its in a haul video, then its usually gone by the time I get there. I did pick up a Maggie Holmes heart/gem die set that I forgot I already purchased. Doh! If anyone wants to trade....I was looking for the fold over tags die set or the bow maker die set from We R. I was hunting for the Bella B stuff but no luck. I think that brand is so cute!!! I'll keep looking. I think our truck comes on Mondays, I'll have to try and remember to hit it at lunch.

I looked at one TM for Bella Blvd but had no luck. There was only one pack of die cuts so the store was either wiped out early or they never got a shipment of BB.

Two of them get a great stock of crafting supplies and one does not. If your store does well with selling a particular thing, they send a lot more of it to your store. I have had all three managers tell me that our north store is in the top ten stores for selling crafts, so that is the one I hit up the day after the truck arrives.

I always wonder if they bring any of it back. I have also found a couple of people who just go to the store and just film there. Much cheaper!

I checked TM again to see if they received any more BB, especially Panda and Popsicles stuff, but if they did, it is long gone. There were tons more WRMK tools and BoBunny stamps, different from the last time I was in.

Just in case I didn't, the number I think it is is: 1949990 They also had one lone mini alpha punch. I wanted it for MONTHS, but people here told me it wasn't a good buy when Hobby Lobby finally got it, so as much as it pained me, I didn't buy it. I'm still wanting to go back and get it if it's still there...

As an alternative, HL stocks this product (regularly $9.99 & located in the same aisle/section as alpha Thickers); with a 40% off coupon, it's $6, only $1 more than TM. HTH & happy shopping!
