Calcium (with Magnesium) Vitamin D Vitamin C Vitamin B
Daily - no, I don't remember that often. Probably 2-3/week.
But I do keep them in my purse so when I remember they are convenient to get to.

Just a women's multi vitamin. Extra B12 when needed.

I take so many that I keep it on a spreadsheet! Lol Everything is in conjunction with my doctor's orders and blood work.
I believe all women need Vitamin D3 along with K2 for absorption. I also think magnesium is super important. Depending on your health and lifestyle, I think supplements that fight inflammation like fish oil, NAC, COQ10 (and of course Vitamin D3) are important

Only what my doctor prescribes based on yearly blood tests:
A specific form of B12 because I have a defective MTHFR gene and my body can't absorb regular B12 vitamins Vitamin D3 A supplement to treat iron deficiency
Prescribed by my neurologist to help prevent migraines:
Magnesium 400 mg. Vitamin B2 400 mg.
I think it's important to have complete yearly blood work done and only take what your doctor (s) prescribe.
