I currently take no vitamins daily. What does everyone take daily? Is there a good multi-vitamin or do I need to take different things? I don’t even know where to start! I am 40 and eat healthy and have recently lost 60 pounds and am still losing. I just want to get on a healthy path.

I take calcium, Vitamin D, and B12 (the last two because my bloodwork came back extremely low on both). I just added a multi-vitamin a week ago.

4 Citrical petites per day, multi-vitamin, vitamin d3, biotin/b vitamin.
I never took any vitamins until I have my thyroid removed last year, I hate taking pills. I have to take the huge calcium dose because my parathyroids were shocked after surgery and are just now getting into the normal range. Hopefully a few more months and I can stop taking that.

Iron & Vitamin C to help its absorption for anemia Vitamin D & Vitamin K to help it work better for very low blood levels Magnesium (for nerves and sleep I think) per rheumatologist for fibromyalgia Tumeric for inflammation per rheumatologist for psoriatic arthritis Fish Oil for sleep and nerves I think per rheumatologist for fibromyalgia CoQ10 for cognitive functioning I think per rheumatologist for fibromyalgia Vitamin B for low blood levels
I used to be able to remember what all of these were for, I have them written down somewhere.

multi-vitamin for women -my doctor said all women of child-bearing age should be (and despite being 47 with low-fertility and no pregnancies in 9 years despite not preventing - I'm still considered 'child-bearing age' since I still have my parts and have not gone through menopause)
B12 because even on supplements, my levels are low. Supplementing has helped relieve symyptoms (brain fog and tingling in my toes)
Vit D because even living in FL and being on supplements, my levels are low.
I only take vitamins per doctor's orders
edited - I think the best place to start would be by talking to your doctor. Some vitamins and supplements interfere with medications (if you're on them) and it's a waste of money to take others unless you actually need them (because they are water-soluable and you'll just pee out the excess) and others can build up to an overdose if you take too much (fat-soluble)

I typically am good at buying supplements but not so good at using them. I have been really good about taking my evening supplements lately. At night I take vitamin D, fish oil, and magnesium (been taking this for awhile, so putting the others in a pill sorter with the magnesium takes care of getting those in as well). My morning routine is less consistent. I have a food based multi-vitamin, GTF chromium (for blood sugar issues and to reduce cravings), myo inositol and Dchiro (for blood sugar issues) and alpha lipoic acid (again, for blood sugar issues).
