Yes, but the sad things is most things are not available for delivery to my store. Our store is SUPER small. But being delivered right to my door is better. Saves me time and gas.

No - my store never carries the items I want to order.

I **think** it's only items that they carry in your store, not that you can order online and the whole order is shipped to your store. I know my mother placed an online order and ONE item had to be picked up at the store and the rest was delivered. Now, she lives 45 minutes away from the store and doesn't get to that town often at all, and she had only 3 days to pick it up. Luckily, I live there and was able to get it for her, but she was not finding it a very good system

Yeah, nothing I've ordered (like Distress oxides) was available for pick up. They shipped straight from a warehouse.

I just ordered hundreds of sheets of my favorite Bazzill cardstock during the Presidents Day sale using store pick up. I also used a 20% off purchase on top of the paper being on sale. I just got the call that the order is ready for pick up. It took a couple of weeks but there were no shipping charges. That paper would have weighed a ton and I was in no hurry.

i've found that the downside to that is that most of the stuff i want can't be delivered to the stores.

I've tried to use it 3 times only to have my order canceled because they can't find the item in stock. So I've stopped using it.

Well, it wouldn't be free pickup for me! It takes over two hours to drive to the nearest one! I just wait for free shipping.

I've used it a few times. The Js near me is ok, the one 20 minutes away is the one that has a lot more stock. The one thing I don't like is that sometimes the online sale prices are different from the in-store sale prices.

My mom and I were just in Jo-Ann's on Saturday and the cashier told us that if the online price is less expensive than the in-store price that they will match it.

My store gets really annoyed if you pick up an online order and then ask for the adjustment to the store price (say 40% off stamps instead of 20% off online) because they say it's a different system so they have to do a full return and then re-ring it, blah, blah. They are kind of grumpy over there.
